The views are breath taking & serene. This place provides a warm modern take on being in the woods. You will be 4 minutes away from the shops & restaurants. There are so many places to sit, walk & relax with coffee. Your space has it's own entrance & full privacy. You are renting the bottom 600 sqft (no other renters). You will have the beautiful yard, space & amenities all for your use. The space offers a master bedroom, full bath, spa like shower & 2nd room with a full size bed, sofa sleeper, table & tv. **The additional room is seperate from the master & doesn't have a bathroom**. The yard is amazing with a firepit & multiple chairs. There are two lakes, an overlook & nature preserve nearby. Please contact owner if you have children to discuss the yard.

Weekend at Skyview

Went for an anniversary and had a wonderful time and the home was very nice.Owner of the home was quick to respond to calls and texts which was appreciated very much.

Needs to be explained alot better you stay in a basement of a home that is vacant. Also the second room is outside so you get wet or get cold going to it. Rather than that great place for 1 night.

Only one night but absolutely perfect, quiet, scenic. They had everything you need. Just bring your clothes and personal, personal stuff, everything else is there. So very pleased and relaxed.

Nice stay

very nice place for short stay. only thing the was kinda off was all cameras outside in plain view made us feel like being watched . nice to have cameras for the security needs and thank you but maybe put them in out of plain view , but over all it was great stay would come back if chance to go back

All and all, the property was as advertised. It’s location to downtown Nashville was a real plus. Beautiful view off the back deck. Spotless accommodations. Comfortable beds. Good WiFi. All the comforts of home except for no decent cutlery, plates or saucers available in a unit advertising a kitchenette with a microwave and toaster oven, No way to prepare even the simplest meal. Otherwise, a nice stay.

The view was spectacular!

All we can say is wow! The view was spectacular!! The rental was modern and clean with a fire pit and a grill. The owner went above and beyond to provide extra amenities you would never even think of. The location is literally minutes from downtown shopping. The owner was very responsive for whatever questions we had. if you ever think about staying in Brown County, definitely make this your number one choice!

Annual girls trip

This house was so cute and cozy!!! We go To Nashville every year and this is our 8th year going! So close to Nashville but far enough where we can still enjoy nature and the scenery!!

Beautiful view

Great location, very clean place, lots of outdoor relaxing space, beautiful bathroom. Only negative was second bedroom has separate entrance to main living quarters so going to restroom at night a little difficult. We had 4 adults stay. Overall great stay!

To get to 2nd bedroom must go outside

I didnt need 2nd bedroom but found it on last day as it is detached with no bathroom. I missed that and wouldn't of been thrilled if someone came with me and had to go out at night to come into house to use bathroom otherwise this place is beautiful n perfect for one!

This was an adorable rental! We immediately felt at home in this beautifully decorated and meticulous spot. The outdoor amenities are plentiful...table and chairs, swing, large deck area and beautiful views. I'd go back in second!!

Wonderful Stay

We had a very nice stay here! It was very comfortable and had a beautiful view. It was very clean and had everything that we needed plus more! The coffee was an added bonus! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Relaxing

We chose this place because of the beautiful view from the deck. We needed to get away to relax. It was my oversight that this place only has a toaster oven, microwave and very small mini fridge. I guess I was focused on the view when booking. We planned to cook most of our meals at the house. We ended up cooking most of our meals on the gas grill on the deck.

Perfect Place for Bloomington Access

We came to see our son at IU for Parent’s Weekend. Ed were supposed to come Friday but the remnants of Hurricane Helene made travel dangerous. Our host kindly gave us a bit of a refund which we didn’t expect but was very nice. The place was very clean and comfortable. I wish the weather had been better so we could have sat outside Saturday evening, but Ed still totally enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again.

Nice but misleading

The property itself is very nice with a beautiful view. Although the two bedroom description is some what misleading. The second bedroom is in a different location than the main “house”. Guests must go outside for entry to second bedroom. Also there is no access to thermostat in either area and with the unusually high temps this weekend it made for a quite warm environment to sleep.

Perfect for a getaway

Our stay was great. Jennifer was an amazing host and the view was stunning. The only real problem we had was something that the host couldn't help, which was the blind curve when pulling out of the driveway. Close enough to Nashville to enjoy the quaint little area, but far enough out you can appreciate the sounds of nature and less light pollution. We will stay again.
