The space
This stylish space is perfect for two. With Carport parking and your own private entrance, this comfy and nicely laid out space is great for a short weekend or a longer stay.

When you enter through the back of the home, the bedroom will be on your left and the livingroom/kitchenette will be on your right. The full bath with stand up shower is located in the hall between the two rooms.
The living room offers a full sized sofa, a table for two to eat or as a work space kitchenette with mini fridge, toaster, microwave and sink. There is flatware and dinette for 4 so you do not have to wash dishes to find a clean cup.
The living room also offer a large smart tv where you can log into watch Peacock,HULU,Netflix and Paramount. If you watched a pay for movie you will be billed. Thank you for understanding . In the kitchenette you will find coffee tea sugar stevia and creamers as well as a snack of popcorn and 2 cold drinks in the fridge. So relax and have a cup on the house.

The bright bedroom has a beautifully made queen bed with top of the line mattress and clean sheets, every time. With a dresser and closet, there is plenty of room to unpack and enjoy the space. There is a second, large smart tv in the bedroom so you can spend a lazy morning in bed. The bedroom closet has an iron and ironing board hangers a camp light in case of a storm two umbrellas and a standing fan. There are no surprises here what you see pictured is exactly what you get. A clean comfortable stay.

The outdoor space offers a great patio set for your lounging pleasure. This space is private to you during your stay so you can sip mimosas smoke in this area only while watching the birds.
Guest access
You will have access to the carport, backyard and the entire apartment during your stay with no shared spaces.
The front portion of the home is occupied by a quiet older lady who is very friendly but won't intrude on your space.
