Located within a small community of private homes, the cabin is tucked away at the end of an easy access gently sloping PAVED road (no 4WD needed), has a private fenced gate, is adjacent to 100 acres of woodlands of the beautiful Nantahala Forest, and has stunning year-round long range views of the Great Smoky Mountains.

Guests may use all amenities on this property including a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Enjoy the fire pit, large porch with BBQ grill/outdoor dining and living space/rockers, private backyard and games, hammock, daybed swing on large front porch, corn hole, ladder ball, and board games. We also have white noise machines and phone charging strips under all beds, and ceiling fans in all bedrooms in addition to central AC& Heat.

"Sylvan Lea,"is so named because it describes the setting of this special place as it is set back in the woods (Sylvan) and sits atop a grassy knoll (Lea). Hence its name!
