The lower level features the third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, full bathroom with shower and tub, laundry room and a large living room/ game room area with wet bar, Foosball table and television that open up to an expansive, private back patio with a newly installed outdoor shower for all of your post beach and entertaining needs.
