Spring Break Getaway

Our 3 night stay was amazing at this property. Family of 4, 3 year old and 5 year old. Pull out sofa in the main living area is where the kids slept, the loved the idea that the couch turned into their bed. AC worked great in both the main room and the bedroom. Location was very convenient for getting to the rain forest, balneario monserrate (perfect beach for children), and the kioskos. The host was very responsive via text and very accommodating when we arrived into Puerto Rico, making our check in process a breeze. Parking was 100% as described in the listing and was offered parking very near to the main entrance. The building layout and parking situation took just a little time to figure out but was not bad. 100% would recommend.

Amazing view!

The view and the beach are beautiful. The check in process was confusing and complicated. Getting from the parking garage to the apartment is very confusing and took us a day to figure out. The apartment was not cleaned when we arrived but Rafael refunded us and had a cleaner there the next morning. Getting to the beach from the building was also confusing and the gate was very hard to work. None of this was explained anywhere so it took exploring and trying different things to figure a lot of things out. The pool was not open at all during our stay. Rafael said it was because they were fixing the ceiling but we never saw anyone working, just the pool entrance blocked off. The common areas of the building were run down. The apartment was ok. The shower did not work well. Both AC units worked great! Having a washer and dryer was nice.The bed was ok. The sheets and towels were old and worn.Luquillo is beautiful but next time I would pay more for a different place to stay.

Romantic Getaway

Great condo with a view

First, the owner, Rafael was fantastic! He texted me the day before we were to arrive to welcome us and called to make sure we got to the condo without any issues. He is very kind and helpful. The condo was perfect for me and my husband. It is an older building but has been updated. Clean and had all the basics. The view is the best!! Love listening to the waves. The place is very secure and security was also helpful and nice. There are restaurants and bars that you can easily walk to and not too far from San Juan. Also close to the rainforest. Can’t wait to go back!

Luquillo beachfront stay

This condo has all you need for a perfect oceanfront stay! Rafael was responsive and extremely helpful in navigating the check in process. Our AC unit was not working and we had a new one installed the next day! There are so many restaurants within walking distance which was ideal! The view is spectacular and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Great View!

Apartment was clean and well maintained. To get to the beach at the apartment. We rented a car for little money which gave us the chance to drive to the Cieba Ferry and go to Vieques 1 day and Culebra the next and visit other beaches around. Our vacation was in November, snorkeling was out of the question because the waves were big and stirring the ocean floor.

Little piece of paradise

My husband and I spent 10 days in this adorable apartment at the end of august. Loved it!!!! Very clean and has everything you need. The view is incredible! We spent time in the evenings relaxing on the balcony, listening to waves crash. It was so peaceful. The beach in front of the apartment was never busy the entire time we were there. It almost felt like we were on a private island lined with coconut trees and other tropical plants. There are so many things to do in the area and lots of good food. Definitely somewhere we would recommend! How could I forget to mention how kind and thoughtful Mr. Rios is. He made sure we arrived okay and would check in from time to time to let us know he was available if we needed anything. So very sweet!

Amazing view! Home away from home

The check-in instructions, seem extensive upon arrival but keep up the safely and security of the building. Once inside, the view is breathtaking. The condo is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable relaxing home away from home. There are even beach toys, chairs, extra books for you to enjoy the perfect vacation. During our time in Luquillo, we realized everything was close by: grocery store, restaurant, laundry services and points of interest. At 45 min drive, even day trips to San Juan are a quick drive away. My family (even my teenage daughters) loved this condo!!

Great home

We arrived late and Rafael made sure that we had a smooth checkin..house was super clean. This is at a great location and we were able to save driving time to El Yunke. The view from the balcony was awesome and we decided to spend entire day just in beach below the property. Rafael responded to our questions before checking in and also for suggestions very fast. Overall, we loved staying here and recommend others to stay here !

Perfect Apartment in Luquillo!!

The apartments was exactly as advertised. The beach was more breath taking in person. You are not near san juan (30-40 mins away) but theres so much to do. We didnt get a car rental, but it was needed. Luckily Armando (one of the security guards) actually took it upon himself to drive us around, since uber is non existent in this location. Boy did he make the trip SPECTACULAR. he has great rates, and he makes u feel safe. Ask for Armando, if hes available he will help (he takes cash) but better rates than the taxis! Puerto Rico did not disappoint. Luquillo jas one of the best beaches i have ever been to. Also go to La Perillla (at Luquillo kioskos...like a strip mall) 7 minutes from the apartment, they have a great steak pasta and lobster dinner. I will be back to stay in this apartment again! There were a few roaches outside at night on the balcony, but that couldnt be helped, you are by water. But the apartment was clean! 5 stars! Also you can walk to Simple Food for freash delicious breakfast, and there is karaoke bar (Day Break) on the way, you should try at night!

This is heaven on Earth!

My family and I stayed here for four days and let me say that it has been one of the best places we have stayed at on the island. The check in process was super smooth the host was very responsive and friendly he made sure that we were comfortable every step of the way. This place has amazing views and is super close to lots of destinations. I would highly recommend this place if you were going with your family or a romantic vacation with your significant other. Absolute perfection!

We have just returned from our amazing trip to Loquillo and are already planning our trip back in October. Raphael's place was perfect, excellent security and the condo was beautifully appointed. The jetty below the balcony provided soothing ocean sounds and beautiful views 24/7. Amenities were above expectations as well as communication from Raphael, who provided us with information on local jaunts, he was very responsive. The neighborhood has an excellent vibe and a few awesome eateries and bars. Our favorite being La Fonda. The beach at the condo was lovely, a mini tropical forest is right below the balcony! Bravo, Raphael and Loquillo!
