LOVED this rental. Perfect for our family.

Great property. Great views. Wish we could have rented extra umbrella and chairs and the beach attendant could have been nicer. Perfect area and condo for our family. Will recommend and will be back!!

Clean and convenient

Less crowded area of the beach, clean condo, perfect set up for our family. The only issue was parking. The covered spots are VERY tight to park in. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay!

Anniversary get away

We enjoyed our stay at the Palms a lot. Love the corner unit and it seemed very clean when we arrived. Such a smooth check in process and communication was great. The area was nice and peaceful. The only thing to say is that eventhough the floors were vacuumed well, not sure if they were mopped. Our feet got dirty walking barefoot in the condo. Bed was comfy and we really enjoyed being able to see the ocean from everywhere in the condo. Would recommend it for sure.

Overall good stay

The property is in a convenient location. Wonderful clean beach. The kitchen has new appliances. The carpeting in the bedrooms is in serious need of replacement. Look closely at the photos especially by the night stand and you will see what I mean. There were some cleanliness issues that have been brought to the property managers attention. If these issues are addressed and corrected the property would be a 4 to 5 star review. The app Brooks and Shorey uses is a very nice feature and full of useful information. The check in process was extremely easy.

Loved the View

The view from this property is amazing! You are right on the water!!!!! As others have said, the pool is very small and was freezing cold which upset our boys, but the ocean was all the adults wanted anyway. The use of chairs and an umbrella each day was also a wonderful perk which had us feeling spoiled. One tiny suggestion would be for a bigger coffee pot. The little one we had to use was a pain, even just for two adults. The carpets could also be replaced as they seemed pretty dingy, but for the price, this unit was great. And again...that view and being right on the ocean made it wonderful!

Disappointed vacation

The condo is in an alley off the main road which had nice condos. We knew we were in trouble when we drove up. The tiny swimming pool is about the size of a small bedroom and located between 2 buildings. The sheets on the bed did not even hang off either side of the bed. They only came to the edge of the mattress and they felt and sounded like paper. The toilet in the master bathroom was so close to the toilet tissue holder your body actually touched the toilet tissue. We had to take the tissue off and put it on the vanity to be able to use it. The water from the shower head was so hard it felt like it would peel your skin off and you could not adjust it. There must have been another shower head before this one because the hole in the wall so so big and you could see between the wall. The only positive thing was the rooms were very clean.

Nice Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As far as the condo unit itself, we were VERY satisfied with it; well stocked and clean. However I was VERY disappointed in the fact that the pool was not up and running and I was told about it 5 days before arriving. Also maintenance was being performed on the condo and the maintenance workers had all their "stuff in my parking place, of which there were very few. The elevator was also non functioning and with my bad knees I had to climb 4 flights of stairs 2 days. I believe Brooks and Shorey knew the pool was non functioning as, regular people told us it had been down for a while! Loved the roominess of the condo, though and large balcony. Would consider renting again, but not thru Brooks and Shorey.
