On really issue I would mention here is the lack of some kind of TV for us to access the ballgame on Sat. The paperwork referenced Direct TV (I think it was) and when it did not work I asked about and was told that was not available in our unit just the Roku streaming. The kitchen was not as stocked and I have seen in other units, it appeared someone had been to a yard sale and just left odd and end things there to work with to cook (sorry had to be honest if someone is looking to actually cook we had to have a decent skillet brought to us) I found a dirty muffin pan in the drawer under the sink. Overally the place was great and we will probably book again there.

The chair attendant for the beach was friendly and able to accommodate our group needs. Location was a plus and lots of nearby restaurants and places to visit. Only downside about the unit 502 would be the basic commodities you would want in the main bedroom. Bathroom door was partially missing and had a shower curtain that allowed water outside shower area. Bed in the main bedroom was definitely in need of changing out. Made a lot of noise, you could feel the springs of the mattress yet pillows were great.

I am picking up something for Linda Lee. There should be two is that which one is that? OK Bathrooms are nice with tall vanities and toilets! View from balcony is awesome. Plan to give the drawers a thorough wipe when you arrive but was clean in all other places. Choose 503 and you will be happy!

But it is very dated and dirty. The towels and blanket were not clean. There was a sign posted on refrigerator to not set thermostat below 75 degrees because is will freeze up. The refrigerator took along time to cool food. For the price property was very basic and cheap.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very nice and clean; exactly as described. Lots of space for a family without feeling cramped. Furniture and bedding were very comfortable. View was amazing! Kitchen provided everything needed (except for meat thermometer to cook prime rib). Great time to visit with nice weather and no crowd. We've stayed in Okaloosa Island several times and this has been my husband's favorite condo so far. Will be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed in this unit for several years. Have always found it to be well kept. This time the living room rug was covered (totally) with hair(appeared to be animal hair). Was nasty, I have pictures if you would like. Will probably not stay in this unit again.
