It's inside the tranquil Coosawattee River Resort offering swimming, tubing, fishing, & more! Just 10 mins to downtown Ellijay, shopping, & 25 mins to Blue Ridge! Or stay in and enjoy our private pool (open May 1st- October 1st), hot tub, yard games, fenced back yard, or roast s'mores by the fire.
Inside you'll find a beautifully decorated home with 4 queen beds and a twin bunk bed. There is high-speed internet for streaming, working, or gaming. Have fun with board games, TVs, mini basketball, ping pong, and a retro arcade gaming system.

Other things to note
Access to the resort is part of the resort fee. In using the passes provided, up to 8 guests can enjoy the following: 1 heated in-door pool (has a kiddie pool), 2 Outdoor pools, coin-operated game room, fitness center, tennis courts, basketball, pickleball courts, canoeing, river tubing, and fly fishing. Fishing is free for catch and release at the Beaver Lake Fishing Pond. Sports equipment is available at the sites.
If your party has more than 8 guests going to the amenities, please see the resort building on 634 Beaver Lake Dr. Ellijay, GA 30540. Use the second entrance to get to the services office.

**There are 3 security cameras on the property- a ring doorbell camera, a camera overlooking the driveway, and a camera overlooking the pool area. The pool camera does not record sound it simply monitors the pool for safety and insurance purposes.**
