Villa Yellowbird, also known as WV YEB, is a 4-bedroom villa located in Pointe Milou. This unique property dominates a high hill and offers sweeping, panoramic views.

This classic villa was recently renovated to modern excellence. The original house was completed in 1973, a time when only a few villas dotted the island. Today, the extensive property partially borders a natural reserve.

Nut wood was used for cabinets and closets, while floors of sand-colored tile form the basis of earth tones found throughout the house. Some of the original outdoor furniture was refurbished and used to accentuate the retro look.

Constant trade winds cool the large living room and blow through its louver windows on both sides. On a lower level in the back is the TV and game area, while a platform in the middle level serves as a seating area, which benefits from views and breezes. Just in front of the kitchen is the dining area with a spectacular, wall-filling photo from the early 1970s. This photo shows fruit vendors from Dominica sitting on a boat dock railing in Gustavia harbor.

The large master bedroom offers a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and extra seating. The main level also has 2 guest bedrooms. One bedroom has a king-size bed, while the other has twin beds or a king-size bed. Below the living area is the fourth bedroom, which has beautiful nut wood paneling around the bed. This smaller bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Situated next to this bedroom is a well-equipped fitness room.

A newly-added, heated infinity pool offers a magical spot to cool off, or to enjoy the incredible views with a cocktail in hand. This villa also comes with U.S. and French satellite TV, Apple TV, and WiFi.

Villa Yellowbird, or WV YEB, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
