If you’re looking to stay in Park city at a Resort with pool, 24 hour self check in, hot tub, just feet from the free ski bus, this is your spot. We also have an amazing fitness center on property available for a fee. Free parking (One spot).

The Prospector neighborhood is directly adjacent to main street and you can walk to Main Street via a little stroll of the poison creek trail that is just out of our back door. Walk to Main Street without ever touching a street.

We are here to help you if you need local info or help but otherwise we will stay out of your way.

Full workstation for people who work on tbe road (like us) and comfy chair. Dinners are usually eaten at the bar and movies on the big smart TV are a great way to unwind. Blackout curtains keep things dark for good recovery sessions.

The guests need to pick up key at the front desk. Front desk works 24/7.

Octo Loco has AC , full stocked kitchen to stay longer and cook excellent meals. You can also walk to the health, food store, fresh market, Silver Mountain gym, freshies lobster and tons of places to get a beer or a cocktail.

King bed, marble tiled backsplash with granite countertops, Moroccan rugs and original art by Jesse Link surround you. There’s also a great spot to hang out on the balcony and have a coffee or a meal.


FREE Ski Bus stop just outside the door. Bus runs all year to hiking and you can also put the bikes on the front of the bus too.

Rail trail just out the back door. Just far enough away from Main street so it's quiet but close enough to have all the fun sights and sounds nearby. Great access to Sundance activities.
