Step inside to discover an expansive open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and walls of windows that flood the space with natural light, perfect for hosting friends and family gatherings or enjoying quiet moments. Conveniently located near all the exclusive Abbey Springs amenities, within just a short walk/golf cart ride away to the recreation center, golf course, private beach, yacht club, and more

The first floor contains all three bedrooms, with the primary bedroom having a private attached full bathroom, the second bedroom king bed and shared full bathroom, and third bedroom with two full-sized bunk beds(4 full size mattresses), shared bathroom and games galore. In-unit washer/dryer and entryway. The main floor features an open-concept design that integrates the oversized living room, dining room, kitchen, "Kids Club" loft, bar area, fireplace, full size bathroom and a deck featuring a grill, outdoor TV, and plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the wooded surroundings complete this unique property.

This host thought of everything. Best stocked kitchen we have seen at a VRBO. Used the clubhouse amenities which was also well kept and clean. Highly recommend!

Great Girls Weekend Digs

This property was perfect for our girls weekend! So spacious and comfortable. Plenty to do in the area. Everything was clean and well stocked. Lots of small touches to make it really special. Gated community felt safe. And it was an easy walk to the lake. Juliana was an excellent host. Great communication and fast responses.

Wonderful place

We had our annual girls’ weekend here (group of 8) and it was absolutely perfect! Beautiful house, bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Tons of lounging area in the living room, and the kitchen was great and had everything we needed. Host was very quick to respond, and the location is great. We will definitely be back!

Inside the townhouse is amazing, comfortable and upscale. Highly recommend. Able to both walk or drive to lake (only ~0.5 mile). Very convenient. Beautiful area.

A Perfect Weekend Getaway!

This property is stunning, located in a picturesque community. Our group of eight had an amazing girlfriend getaway, and everything exceeded our expectations! The kitchen was well-equipped, complete with a welcome basket of snacks. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the place was spotless. The design and decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Its location was ideal for our goal of walking the entire Geneva Lake. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and we were greeted at the gate with parking passes and clear instructions. Juliana’s communication was excellent as well. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this place!

What a wonderful home! Juliana has thought of everything! Much thought went into planning the space and decorating this home. We would stay here again! Kitchen well equipped, bathrooms had everything we needed and the kids room/loft area were adorable!! The location for us was perfect! The amenities of Abbey Springs were great- golf, swimming pool, beach, tennis and 2 restaurants right on property! Wonderful Property!

We went up to Fontana for a getaway with our friends for the weekend so we could take the kids swimming. The condo far exceeded our expectations! It is absolutely beautiful and they have so many games, books and toys for the kids to play with. It has anything you could need to cook and do meals there (for people with small kids).The owners were so lovely and communicative and we honestly can't wait to go back in the summer!

Girls getaway

I booked this for a group of 6 moms who just wanted a little R&R and the Luxury Lakehouse did NOT disappoint! The large sectional and dining table was great for our group. The bathrooms were immaculate and the 3 bedrooms were spacious. We only left once the entire weekend as we had planned to just be cozy inside but I am sure the pools, restaurants, etc are a great addition to anyone’s stay. We are already talking about coming back next year!

Beautiful retreat

What a beautiful place to stay! I live nearby and we needed additional sleeping space for our family reunion. We couldn't be happier. The condo was sparkling clean, exactly as pictured, and provided a quiet retreat from the chaos of our family reunion activities. The teenage cousins who slept in the bunks were thrilled that the kitchen was pre-stocked with snacks, and my sister-in-law raved about the coffee setup. In fact, she was so happy that I think she's already booked it for next year's gathering. :)

Perfection - can't wait to come back!

Perfection! We so thoroughly enjoyed staying at the lakehouse. The updating was so beautifully and masterfully done. Every detail was appreciated and we kept saying how much we felt at home, but in a more relaxed and luxurious way. So many amenities to add to our comfort. The designer details did not go unnoticed. It was the nicest place we have stayed at in Abbey Springs. Thank you for providing absolutely everything we needed that made our vacation so memorable. I absolutely hope to come back again and will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Wonderful hidden Gem with AMAZING amenities!

A beautiful home, centrally located, well appointed, with spectacular amenities!!! I can't say enough wonderful things about Juliana and her home. As soon as you walk in, you feel welcomed. Good size bedrooms, and amazing living space. The location couldn't be better, either. Situated in beautiful Abby Springs Resort, you are allowed access to the golf course (for a discounted tee time), the clubhouse and the yacht club. We will definitely be visiting again.. maybe for the Lake Geneva Winter Ice Castles. Thank you so much!

Execellent Condo

This condo unit had everything we needed for our stay. It looks just like the pictures advertised. Had TV's in every bedroom and master bathroom, had a nice huge comfy couch enough room for everyone. There was enough seating space for all of us to eat dinners together. Kitchen had everything you needed. Had access to the clubhouse which had indoor swimming pool, hot tub, game room. We were there off season so we had the pool area basically to ourselves. I would rent again.

Juliana’s Amazing Get-Away Home

We had our annual mothers and daughters’ weekend at Abby Springs Resort. Juliana’s place was absolutely perfect! The kitchen is more than well equipped. Everything was so lovely including her teapot! The dining table is so comfy and welcoming as is the great room. Plenty of spaces for cozy conversations and laughs. We appreciated that bedrooms were down on the lower level so those who prefer turning in early had no disruptions! Bunkbeds were roomy; everyone was very happy with their comfortable sleeping arrangements. Walking distance to the pool and hot tub facilities. Communication was excellent with easy entry and checkout. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Thank you for such a wonderful place for our getaway!

Beautiful Vacation Home-Away-From-Home!

We found this condo to be perfect for us and our friends with two downstairs bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms. There was a wonderful bunk room which we didn’t use but would be great for couples with children. The big sectional in the living room upstairs was so comfortable and the wonderful big banquette table was the best we’ve ever seen. It would have easily accommodated all of our family of 11 had we been traveling with our children and grandchildren. We loved the open concept upstairs with a beautifully appointed kitchen. We also loved all the windows with built-in shades. The entire condo was spotless and the beds were comfortable. Also, all the decor was so attractive. This beautiful condo in a gated community at Fontana on the Lake was thoroughly enjoyed by all of us. Thanks to Juliana for keeping us informed and for answering all our questions promptly. We also appreciated the offer to use the golf cart, which we ended up not using.
