Great location

Great location and very clean and comfortable. Could have used a microwave, but otherwise fit all of our needs. A great place for multiple families or if you travel with grandma like we did! Would stay again!

West Sedona with Friends

The accommodations were as described. The location was good to travel around Sedona and hike the trails. 3 beds and 3 baths made the stay very comfortable for us.

Would not recommend

Upstairs bathroom toilet does not flush. It was in a review a year ago and I assumed that the issue would be fixed but it seems to be a constant problem and the owner is not concerned with the fact that the 3rd bathroom does not have a functioning toilet. The dishwasher did not work properly every time and we had to rewash once because it did not clean the dishes and backed water up into the sink and there was disgusting water in the bottom of the dishwasher. The washing machine does not fill with water and did not seem to finish cycle so we stopped using the washing machine.There are signs that you cannot put toilet paper in toilets. One of the downstairs bathroom showers lost water pressure as time went on and we do not take long showers. The main house smelled musty or moldy (not sure which) but left a bedroom window open to keep fresh air flowing through the house. The house itself was decorated nicely and clean and the beds were comfortable. This is the worst house I have rented on VRBO because there were so many issues and I have never written a bad review in all the years I rent houses. Owner wanted to blame cleaning person for not stocking toiletries but there were major issues that had nothing to do with the cleaning person. I would not recommend renting this house.

Sedona visit

Good location. Clean. However had signage in the washrooms saying do not put toilet paper in the toilet. Also took several calls and texts to the host to get info to get in the property. Door access was not working correctly. Listing was accurate as to location and number of bed/bathrooms. Could use bedside table lamps in all bedrooms. Location good for most of the area.

No access to garage via front roller door

When we arrived there was all sorts of confusion about how to get in as the door code wasn't working. We eventually got there And lucky that there was someone on the phone to help. The shower drain in the bedroom was blocked.

Clean home but had issues with plumbing

This home was very clean and spacious. The upstairs shower and toilet would not drain and were unusable. The issue was reported to the host but it unfortunately was not remedied before we checked out.

Overpriced property

Check in was ok, but not very clear, instructions were not provided we had to message host who only sent the code, we could open the first two lock boxes as the code was only for the front door. Upon entering we noticed a smoke detector going off from a low battery which needed the battery replaced, the upstairs plumbing shower and bathroom didn’t work properly due to slow drain, and the property was also a mobile home which I didn’t see listed in the listing. Overall the property was clean but no where near worth 300+ per night.

Not a god experience..

Property manager was not available for timely response before check in. Cleaning was being performed for 1.5 hours after we arrived accurately at check in time. Cleaning person was trying to get us to finish up laundry and prepare the bed for her as she had other properties to clean. Upstairs bedroom was unusable as the bath toilet was clogged. We had to let the plumber in which messed our schedule up. Property owner got the estimate and then declined to repair for whatever reason. We submitted a complaint summarizing the above - VRBO and property owner NON-RESPONSIVE! DO NOT RENT!!!
