Verbesserungswürdig: Ausstattung, Zustand der Unterkunft und Kommunikation
I liked that the property was near the main road where I was traveling. That said, when I pulled up the area near the building was full of tall weeds, as if it wasn't maintained. This was concerning. Then I had issues opening the locked door. The management wouldn't answer a single call and only communicated through email and I was locked out of my room.
Eventually it was brought to my attention that a separate email was sent with room unlocking instructions prior to my arrival. I missed this as an email with preliminary info was sent beforehand and then the one about unlocking the door was sent afterword. I have no idea why that important information was left in a later email as I felt it lead to confusion and overall frustration just getting into the room. A follow up phone call would have made this less stressful but they were "too busy" to call back (according to a response email).
The room had a faint smell of mildew however otherwise seemed clean enough.
I was very disappointed by the lack of communication by the management and would look elsewhere before booking there again.
