Die Residenz 2204 befindet sich in Privatbesitz im 22. Stock des wunderschönen W Hotels am Meer in Fort Lauderdale. Das Hotel hat gerade eine unglaubliche Renovierung im Wert von über 30 Mio. USD abgeschlossen und sieht brandneu aus!

Die Suite wird als "Ocean Retreat" bezeichnet. Es ist 1283 Quadratmeter groß und verfügt über einen riesigen Balkon mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer und die Küste. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und eine Küche aus Edelstahl mit vier Kochplatten, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Mixer, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Geschirr, Glaswaren, Besteck, Nudeltopf, Sieb, zwei Pfannen und Schneiden Tafel. Das Hauptbadezimmer verfügt über eine Whirlpool-Badewanne. Es gibt drei Fernseher, einen DVD-Player und eine Waschmaschine / Trockner. In jedem Zimmer gibt es Amazon Alexa und eine Marshall-Stereoanlage.

Sie haben alle Annehmlichkeiten des W Hotels zur Verfügung und ich biete kostenloses WiFi. Der Reinigungsservice wird von einem externen Dienstleister angeboten und ist auf Anfrage gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 100 USD pro Woche obligatorisch.

Property looks beautiful through photos. While it's located centrally with easy access to the boardwalk, the unit itself was not impressive. The unit is in need of maintenance and restocking of toiletries & linens. The smell was very unpleasant. Would have preferred to stay in the hotel side of this resort. The owners side of this resort was not cared for as well and the staff was off kinder on friendliness. Hopefully, the concerns I presented to the owner will be addressed.

Our stay was as advertised. We could see the ocean. We were a short one block walk from the beach and had chairs and umbrellas on the beach with the room. We were a short walk to good restaurants. We had plenty of space to have time apart. Loved it.

The checkin clerk had not ben notified. had to call property manager. Delay and frustration.. no towels, the handset to call for the car batteries were dead in both phones. Light bulbs needed to be replaced. will look elsewhere for lodging.

Deluxe apartment “suite” in the Sky
This suite in the W residence was absolutely amazing! The view from the balcony was wonderful! All the amenities that came with this suite was such an added bonus! The location is amazing. This suite was perfect for my family, it was wonderful having a king bed, an extra bedroom with bathroom, kitchen and washer and dryer! Allen was so amazing to work with and very helpful! The staff was also so friendly, helpful and a delight. This was one of our best trips as a family and we will be back again!

Upon arrival could not find desk clerk to check in When we finally found someone to check us in we went to room and room had not been cleaned and bed sheets had not been changed by that time it was 430 pm WE had dinner reservations and needed to shower and change We returned the keys and i booked a nicer room next door for less money at the W As the owner did not fufill his contract and have the room ready i expect a full refund I have pictures of the condition of the condo when we arrived

Property is beautiful and amenities are lovely.
Condo unit is very pretty and very quiet. We were there spring break week and never heard a neighbor. Beach is across the street and pools close at 7 pm. Fresh towels are available at the beach and pool. This unit comes with beach chairs too. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach. Pool offers cold water and fresh apples. Amenities are lovely. Lots to do in Ft Lauderdale.

Beautiful well appointed condo
We had a near flawless stay except for the weather. The condo was clean and well equipped and the amenities of the Hotel made it very special. Valet parking was very convenient. Check in was a breeze. The owner/mgt was very responsive. This is a great value. Great location. Highly recommend.

Great location and amenities!
The unit is comfortable, nicely equipped (including an awesome Bluetooth speaker system), and is near the top of the building with great views. You also have access to most of the W hotel amenities (includes Valet parking for one car) and the residences portion has its own separate and more private pool. It is centrally located to the beach and Las Olas. The owner, Allen, was very flexible and accommodating in allowing a late checkout on departure day. Overall had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend this unit!

Another great stay at the W!
This W residence had everything we needed for an enjoyable, relaxing weekend. Nice view of the intercoastal, city and ocean. The pool, cocktails, and quick bite while lounging were just perfect. After a massage at the Bliss Spa we were ready for dinner and Whiskey Blue. Steak 954 is always a treat and so delicious whether it be a tasty breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Everything you need while on retreat is right there at the W....you never have to leave. The entire hotel staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely return! Thanks again Allen for making it happen on such short notice.
