It offers a spacious open concept interior with modern coastal decor. Newly renovated sliding glass doors allow guests to truly enjoy the fresh ocean breeze. The ocean is steps away from the lobby entrance and If that isn't enough, there is a heated outdoor community pool and jacuzzi.
Property is located on the 11th floor of this beach-side high rise. One bedroom unit with 2 queen beds . The living room has two pull couches for additional sleeping arrangements, sheets are provided. You will have access to elevators at any time of the day. One assigned underground parking spot is provided and there is also first come first serve street parking available. Building has a secured lobby managed by a front desk staff available until 5 pm and there is also a nightly patrol watch. Area is safe and family friendly located right next to the beach.
No central AC but we do have a rolling AC unit that works amazing.
No washer and dryer in the unit but there is a laundry room in every floor. Paid washer/dryers available. Pay with quarters or by phone app.
Pool is not private to the unit but it is for residents only. You will have access to this gated heated outdoor pool located offsite less than a block away.
This unit is located in a high rise building located next to the beach, there is the potential of noise that may not be ideal for quieter groups.
Given that this is a condominium unit, there are the occasional times that certain services or amenities may be unavailable due to scheduled or unexpected maintenance. We ask for your understanding and cooperation. With that being said, in these situations we will go above and beyond to limit the inconvenience to you during your stay by doing everything we can to find a work around and/or alternative options.
The clearance to the entrance to the garage is 6’6. Please make sure to check the height of your vehicle otherwise street parking is the only option.
With this being a building and hundreds of people going in and out, as much as we would like we can not fully guarantee the cleanliness of the facilities. We can however, guarantee the cleanliness of the unit and we can guarantee that if something is not up to par, we will do everything in our power to get it fixed. We just ask you to be mindful of this during your review. Thank you.
Outdoor showers are located in the first level of the parking garage behind the lobby desk passing the vending machines.
No smoking is allowed anywhere in the unit or in or around the building.
Over occupancy is strictly enforced. No more than 4 people can stay in the unit.
The front desk does not have extra copies of the keys for the unit.
