Unser Haus ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen, und in der Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Golf und vieles mehr ausgestattet. Wenn Sie es vorziehen können Sie am Pool in der Sonne oder unter der Terrasse Abdeckung im Schatten entspannen können. Wir haben 3 Schlafzimmer - Der Meister mit eigenem Bad verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett und das zweite Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und das dritte Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten. Alle drei Zimmer haben einen eigenen TV. Die Küche ist komplett mit allem, was Sie für jede Versammlung müssten ausgestattet. FYI - Es gibt eine 5% Gebühr für die Online-Buchung. Diese Gebühr wird in bar beim Check-in erhoben. Auch ist der Pool nicht beheizt.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool 💪🏼

Haben 4 Tage in dem Haus verbracht ...und wir waren sehr zufrieden ( 2 erwachsene 2 Kinder )...der Pool war für die Kids das Highlight💪🏼

Clean and Quiet

Easy check in and check out. Good communication from host. House was clean and amenities in good working order. Loved the back yard pool and patio furnishings. Very cozy. Located about 20-30 minutes drive from the Strip depending on traffic but a great place to stay if you are exploring all of Las Vegas.

Fantastic Host with a Wonderful Home

This was our first experience with Vrbo and it was excellent!! Easy to reserve, smooth check in with Benjamin and a perfect location! The owner was very responsive to our questions and ensured we had everything we needed. Definitely one to use again!

Backyard is a gem/house needs cleaning

We stayed in the property for 20 nights over Christmas and New Years to visit our son who lives in N LV. Ben was really nice but in all honesty we have rented as Canadians in almost every state in the US but this is the first time I was to arrive with cash in hand for "property management" fees over the large cost of a property. we absolutely loved the backyard and how close it was to everything we could have needed.The pool looked so inviting but even for us Canucks was too cold because it doesn't have a heater. For reference, we have paid the cost of heating the pool for our stay at most other properties. Ben was accommodating when we realized the BBQ didn't work on Christmas eve, we had a new one just before New Years which was great. My stand out issue is the cleanliness of the property. It needs a major deep clean. There are more than a handful of very dirty mats all over the house that seem like an unnecessary dirty focal point. Also, the furniture is so worn in the main family area that there are slit holes in some of the spaces to sit. There were more beds that seating in the main area, for 6 of us on Christmas day. As for the 50 to be paid to show us the Netflix password & tv. We luckily had brought our firestick from Canada.This is the first time I had to buy all my staples. The house is not really equipped for eating in as there wasn't ever 4 of some utensils. little things would go a long way. new handsoaps, clean supplies, utensils, would make a huge difference

Clean, spacious and comfortable all around.

Stay in North Las Vegas close enough to stores, restaurants and freeways. Quiet neighborhood and the house was very comfortable and spacious.

Very comfortable

I was very impressed with the property managers communication and she did a great job setting expectations. The how was clean and cozy when we arrived. It was well furnished with anything we would need for our stay. There were lots of shops and grocery stores near by amd most tourist spots were only 20-30 min away. If we come back to vegas we will definitely be staying at this house again.

comfortable stay BUT

I was very disappointed the back yards was a mess my oldest son took it upon himself to sweep, clean, and wipe down table and clean pool. Then, two men showed up unannounced in the back yard and was digging and messing with the water. I called the contact number about the guys, and they eventually left (without knowing if they were coming back). The inside of the property was fine.

Great place to stay!

The house was more than we could ask for. It was super clean, very well stocked, Check in and check out super easy! The host was very accommodating. The backyard in pool is like an Oasis! We would definitely stay here again It made it feel like home!

Awesome!

Awesome place to come back to after visiting the strip and cool places! From cooling off in the pool to eating around the table after the nights fun. The beds were comfortable and easy to fall asleep on. Will stay again.

Pleasant stay

A very nice property in a quiet, safe feeling neighborhood. The garage made us feel much more secure about parking our vehicle for the night. Only reason for less than 5 stars is that the cleaning crew didn't do a proper job on the bathrooms or kitchen sink. Would still stay at one of these properties again though.

Love Las Vegas

Was a first time trip for my family ( 2 adults & 3 teenagers). The house was set up perfect for families. It was too cold for us to use the pool but REALLY wanted to jump in ;-). Benjamin was really great, meeting us there and walking us through everything. Close enough to downtown to enjoy it but far enough away to feel safe to let the teenagers out after dark alone.

Nesting staycation!

This year we spent our time hanging out with friends and family while preparing my oldest daughter for motherhood. We ate and washed clothes, unboxed baby items and just had a nice staycation away from our everyday life! It’s always a pleasure and the property is nice as well as the property owner. I’m sure we will be back next years. This is our 2nd year in a row being able to enjoy this property!

Book it if you can!!!

Talk about a home away from home, this is it! We spent the majority of our vacation here!! Kitchen well stocked for all your cooking needs, gas grill in back yard and pool floats for the pool. Was in Vegas 4 days and only on the strip 2 days for a total of 10 hours. Loved the peace and quiet of the neighbor hood and just relaxing in and around the pool.

Above and beyond

Debbie was quick to respond prior to our trip which was for a bowling tournament. 5 adults stayed and it was perfect for all of us. The house was beautiful and as 2 of us arrived early, her grandson got the home ready and allowed us to check in early that day. He walked us through everything and made sure we were comfortable before he left. I would definitely stay there again! It made our 1st trip to Vegas amazing!

I'm a Native Las Vegas. My parents came to Vegas in the 40's. Mel my husband has been in Vegas since he was 14 years old. His family moved here from Mesa Az. We married right out of high school. Mel joined the Army, where we spent 15 years of our lives. Many of those years we spent in Germany. We both love to travel. Our photo of us is at the Nuremberg airport on our last trip to Germany.
