Unser Haus ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen, und in der Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Golf und vieles mehr ausgestattet. Wenn Sie es vorziehen können Sie am Pool in der Sonne oder unter der Terrasse Abdeckung im Schatten entspannen können. Wir haben 3 Schlafzimmer - Der Meister mit eigenem Bad verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett und das zweite Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und das dritte Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten. Alle drei Zimmer haben einen eigenen TV. Die Küche ist komplett mit allem, was Sie für jede Versammlung müssten ausgestattet. FYI - Es gibt eine 5% Gebühr für die Online-Buchung. Diese Gebühr wird in bar beim Check-in erhoben. Auch ist der Pool nicht beheizt.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool 💪🏼

Awesome!

Awesome place to come back to after visiting the strip and cool places! From cooling off in the pool to eating around the table after the nights fun. The beds were comfortable and easy to fall asleep on. Will stay again.

Pleasant stay

A very nice property in a quiet, safe feeling neighborhood. The garage made us feel much more secure about parking our vehicle for the night. Only reason for less than 5 stars is that the cleaning crew didn't do a proper job on the bathrooms or kitchen sink. Would still stay at one of these properties again though.

Love Las Vegas

Was a first time trip for my family ( 2 adults & 3 teenagers). The house was set up perfect for families. It was too cold for us to use the pool but REALLY wanted to jump in ;-). Benjamin was really great, meeting us there and walking us through everything. Close enough to downtown to enjoy it but far enough away to feel safe to let the teenagers out after dark alone.

Nesting staycation!

This year we spent our time hanging out with friends and family while preparing my oldest daughter for motherhood. We ate and washed clothes, unboxed baby items and just had a nice staycation away from our everyday life! It’s always a pleasure and the property is nice as well as the property owner. I’m sure we will be back next years. This is our 2nd year in a row being able to enjoy this property!

Book it if you can!!!

Talk about a home away from home, this is it! We spent the majority of our vacation here!! Kitchen well stocked for all your cooking needs, gas grill in back yard and pool floats for the pool. Was in Vegas 4 days and only on the strip 2 days for a total of 10 hours. Loved the peace and quiet of the neighbor hood and just relaxing in and around the pool.

Above and beyond

Debbie was quick to respond prior to our trip which was for a bowling tournament. 5 adults stayed and it was perfect for all of us. The house was beautiful and as 2 of us arrived early, her grandson got the home ready and allowed us to check in early that day. He walked us through everything and made sure we were comfortable before he left. I would definitely stay there again! It made our 1st trip to Vegas amazing!

Excellent VRBO In Northwest Vegas

Located in a quiet neighborhood in Northwest Las Vegas about 30-60 minutes from airport depending upon time of day traffic. House was very comfortable for 4 adults with 4 beds in 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with laundry facilities. Clean property and in excellent condition. Open floor plan with a very workable kitchen. Has all of the kitchen utensils and tools to create home cooked meals. Has a gas ambient fire place. Did not use the pool since not heated and it was cold in Las Vegas during our stay. Lots of comfortable seating in living room and dining room and outside. The only very slight negative was that the hot water heater ran out of hot water after 2 showers, so we had to stagger shower times, but only a minor inconvenience. Excellent property and would definitely book again.

A picture-perfect Vegas getaway

Don't miss out on this charming home. We used it for a quick getaway weekend for me, my wife, and our adult children (19-26). Debbie runs an efficient and professional VRBO with all communication and processes handled quickly and easily. The house itself is well decorated and spacious, providing us with room to be together, but not on top of each other. You have quick and easy access to downtown Las Vegas for night's on the town, or to the interstate for road trips into the desert. Our only regret was that our stay was in January, so it was a bit too chilly to use the pool, but we did enjoy sitting next to it while relaxing between adventures. When we return to Vegas this will be our first choice.

Family Affair

It was a perfect place and just what was needed. We live in Las Vegas but would not have had enough space for the family that we were having visit. My husband had literally not seen his younger sister in 16 or so years and had not meet his nephews or niece yet. It was a surprise for his birthday to fly them out. He was surprised for sure, and the home was comfortable, clean and fit us all just right. The only thing that I wished for was that the pool was heated but the kids had a ball none the less and did not mind the temperature during the day time since you CAN still go swimming in Las Vegas at the start of October. I was worried about the pool area before we arrived because we had little ones during the visit and was pleasantly surprised to see the security fence surrounding the pool. I don't believe that was pictured or mentioned BUT was a BIG PLUS for me and my crew. I know that I will certainly use this property in the future should we have family come out again. We did not get the chance to meet the owners directly, but their grandson was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed before he left us.

Great place to stay

We picked this place site to the amount of rooms as well as the pool. The home was just as advertised and worked really well for us. We found it's also very close to Walmart, Smiths and Costco which was really convenient. We didn't get to use the pool quite as much as planned since we got back late each night but we did get to at least dip our feet in each night which really helped after walking miles each day. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was easy to find each day. We would definitely stay here again and plan to see if it's available for our next family trip to Vegas.

Vegas Made Easy!

From the booking process to the check- out was very smooth. The house was perfect for us. The pools was the savior with the 110degree heat. The fence was such a relief with the 3 yr old. Location was great for shopping, eating out, movies, gambling, etc. we had trouble understanding the cable tv but we just signed into Netflix with no problem. This house was a great pick!

Everything I needed and more!!!

This house was beautiful! I loved the layout of the home. I enjoyed spending time in the backyard poolside and also hanging out and playing games and doing puzzles was the relaxation I needed. The home was in a peaceful neighborhood as well. The drive to the strip wasn’t too bad either. The location of the home was great next to a Walmart and so many great food places to eat!! Will definitely love to stay here again! The hosts were also amazing and so very helpful.

Our experience with this property was wonderful! Check in was easy with Benjamin and the neighborhood is so quiet. Our kids loved the pool and they enjoyed it a lot. Smiths market is 3 minutes away. I'm a Native Las Vegas. My parents came to Vegas in the 40's. Mel my husband has been in Vegas since he was 14 years old. His family moved here from Mesa Az. We married right out of high school. Mel joined the Army, where we spent 15 years of our lives. Many of those years we spent in Germany. We both love to travel. Our photo of us is at the Nuremberg airport on our last trip to Germany.
