Monty’s Place is a charming stilt-home duplex vacation rental nestled in a serene residential area on the picturesque Estero Island, also known as Fort Myers Beach. This lovely rental features 2 cozy bedrooms, 1 well-appointed bathroom, a delightful shared pool and spa, and a relaxing Tiki Hut, offering the perfect setting for a tranquil and rejuvenating getaway.
This rental unit has central air conditioning and ceiling fans. It also includes a private washer and dryer and parking for two cars in the driveway. You'll have access to a shared storage locker with beach gear and recreational equipment like a ping-pong table and a play area with corn hole boards overlooking the rear yard and fire pit. Additionally, there are two outdoor showers, a gas grill, and plenty of tables and chairs on the lower level.

The entry is located up the stairs on the left side of the building, leading into an open-plan kitchen, an eat-in bar, and a living area with beachy/nautical decor. The flooring consists of wood throughout, with tile in the bathroom. The kitchen features ample Corian countertops with a tile backsplash, a double sink, a pantry, cabinets stocked with cooking essentials, and a Keurig coffee maker. Appliances include a 4-burner range with oven, built-in microwave oven, dishwasher, and a refrigerator-freezer with an ice-maker. There is also a peninsular bar with three bar stools on the living area side. The adjacent living area is furnished with a sofa, end tables, a coffee table, and two side chairs on an area rug. Across from the seating area is a game locker credenza with a large wall-mounted flat screen TV. Expansive sliding glass doors lead out to the screen-enclosed deck with a ceiling fan, furnished with a high-boy dining table seating 4, as well as two rockers and a cocktail table on an area rug. Also, behind double doors on the patio, you'll find your own private stacked washer and dryer. This deck overlooks the back yard, a small lake, and a view of the Estero Bay estuary to the right.

The primary bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, night stands, lamps, ample closet space, and a double dresser with a flat screen TV. The hallway bath features a nicely tiled combination shower/tub with sliding glass doors, a toilet, and a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath. The guest bedroom contains bunk beds with a queen-size mattress on the bottom and a single mattress on top, perfect for kids, along with ample closet space, and a desk with a lamp and chair.
