BRAND NEW Seepromenade Hause von einer Familie, für Ihre Familie gebaut. Das Haus liegt in Osage Beach gleich neben dem Highway 54 in der Nähe des Grand-Glasur-Brücke, Meile Markierung 19. 5. Das Haus hat eine herrliche Aussicht und eine große überdachte Zwei-Ebenen-Deck ideal zum Entspannen, Grillen, oder einfach nur die frische Luft auf den Gartenmöbeln genießen. Zu Fuß auf der überdachten Dock zum Schwimmen, Angeln oder Entspannen am Wasser in einer ruhigen Bucht an der Hauptkanal zu genießen. Slipanlage Erfolg. sowie einen kleinen Bootsrampe.

Eine tolle Lage, Minuten von Osage Beach Outlets, Golfplätze, und viele andere Aktivitäten. Restaurants & Bars innerhalb einer Meile, wie City Grill, Eingelegt Petes, Dog Days Bar & Grill, und auf dem Vormarsch Bakery.

Das Haus für 7 in Betten und bis zu 11 mit ausziehbaren Sofas. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Edelstahl Geräte, Granit, neue Möbel, Waschmaschine / Trockner, Flachbild-TV und WI-FI.

The property was clean and well equipped with everything needed for a convenient stay. The location of the house was close to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. The house also has a great view of the cove that is accessible for fishing and boating.Matt was an excellent host with punctual communication.

Great location and accommodating owner

This house is in a great location and close to some of the best restaurants and bars. It has a boat ramp and boat slip. Matt was super accommodating to all of our requests. The house was clean and perfect for our group. We’ll definitely be back!

We were very pleased with our accommodations. We did notice that the hot water was not able to keep up but we made it work. Also the boat slip needs a few repairs. Everyone was very helpful and we enjoyed visiting with all the neighbors.

Excellent location and super clean house

Super quiet location with a pretty view of the peaceful cove. We had great communication with the owner and his on-site manager. The on-site boat ramp and trailer storage was so nice!

Great home, clean and beautiful cove

This is a lovely home at the Lake and very easy to find. It had great water access for our 2 labs who love to swim and wouldn't stay out of the water. We love On The Rise Bakery and Bistro and this location also has very easy access to all the other nearby restaurants and shopping just a short distance over the bridge.

Great time at the lake!

Matt was great to communicate with and Judy the manager was the best! We came for a fishing tournament and the owner and manager were so helpful with parking and the boat. The house was very clean. The deck and porch would have been great if our weather was better. Our group would definitely stay again!

Great stay!!!

Me, my wife and son and shih Tzu zoey stayed here for 3 days and loved it! We are not even people who do activities on the lake but the house was perfect. The space was great, it was super clean, loved being able to watch college football on TV, it was super quiet, and Judy the manager was awesome! This town as new to us and different from what we are used to so it was great the house was comfortable and Osage Beach was great as well! Matt and Judy both were great and I would definitely stay here again! Thank you both again for all you do!

FANTABULOUS!!!

I cannot say enough about our stay! It was absolutely PERFECT! We were greeted by Judy, who was phenomenal, and she told us everything we needed to know about about the property. Everything was clean! So much more than expected! Soo beautiful! Our host Matt, was the most friendliest person EVER! The neighbors were great and friendly! I would recommend this AMAZING property to anyone! I do not have the words to describe how perfect our stay was for our wedding! We are so lucky/blessed to have had such great people and beautiful property for our wedding celebration! We would not change a thing about our stay!! Thank you for making it soo PERFECT!! Matt is an amazing host! Super clean house, everything you would need. Boat ramp isn’t for rookies, but if you take your time and have spotters, it’s very doable. But also one of the main reasons we rented. 10/10 Matt, keep up the good work. See you again this summer!

Weekend Family Get-Away

Booked for a quick weekend vacation with my parents & our family of 4 with 2 kids. This house was clean, well maintained, had everything we needed and was a fantastic location right on the water! The host was very responsive with any questions I had before booking & prior to our stay. We had to wait for a bit to check in, I think the access code was missed on my check in email but the host got back with me & Judy got us all squared away. We were told to park our boat in one slip, but another guest had parked in it. We moved to another slip but the duck poo was horrible (maybe why other guest moved into our origin slip). We got it swept away but ducks came back over night & made a mess on the boat. They came back during the day while we were out to made more messes on the dock. Not ideal & out of our control. Funny it really was only our slip they liked. Mother Nature at its finest! We had told our kids they would have a bunk bed & they were super excited, upon checking in realized there were no bunk beds. There were 2 fold out sofas in the home, so we had enough space. We showed our son how cool it was and luckily we didn’t have any arguments. Host probably just needs to update the listing. There were also 3 TVs in the home. We could only figure out 1. Normally not a big deal but with college football and baseball playoffs it would have been nice to have at least the outdoor TV working. Again these were all minor things, we enjoyed the home and had a great vacation!
