Highlights include a newly renovated kitchen with open floor plan, a fully fenced-in backyard complete with a firepit, multiple seating areas including a dining table, a large 4-burner BBQ, and overhead cafe string lighting to set the mood while relaxing in the yard or spa.
The interior of the house is newly furnished with Pottery Barn and Crate & Barrel furniture throughout. There are two areas for entertaining, both with sofas for lounging while playing board games or watching the Roku Smart TVs (which will allow you to access your personal accounts with Netflix, Hulu, Prime, HBO Max, AppleTV+ etc). You can also access Spectrum Cable TV and a vast library of DVDs. This place has a perfect layout to spread out and enjoy downtime! Additional family-friendly amenities include a high chair and 2 Pack ‘n Play Playards.
The remodeled kitchen looks onto the dining and family room and consists of a 4-burner gas stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker, Keurig K-Cup coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea, a hot cocoa and apple cider station complete with mini marshmallows, stand-up mixer, blender, toaster oven, bakeware, cookware, and dishware. Wine lovers rejoice and enjoy the 12 bottle wine fridge in the laundry room and accompanying luxe barware.
This home has a mudroom with plenty of space for your coolers, boots, coats and ski gear, as well as a washer and dryer and all the necessary items you’ll need for that unexpected load of laundry.
This cabin comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. The first bedroom is right off the main living room with a California King bed and plenty of closet space and shelves, and is across from the first of two bathrooms (with a shower/tub combo). The second bedroom (or great room) is perfect for the kids with a bunk bed (2 Twins, max 150 lbs each) and a Full-size bed -- this room doubles as a second entertaining area with a sofa + chaise, 65” Roku TV, dart board, and foosball game table, and is adjacent to the second bathroom (with a walk-in shower). The third bedroom has a King bed with a large closet and dedicated work space/desk for those looking to work remotely. This room is located at the back of the home and has a sliding glass door leading directly to the backyard area and deck with spa. Bathrooms have luxury spa products by Délicen made with Manuka honey and coconut oil to soothe you while away from home.

To comply with our city permit, there is a $35 charge for dish cleaning in case they are not washed before your check-out.
If there is trash in the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag.
Any guest that violates county or city rules as outlined in our 'things to know' and 'house rules' sections will be subject to paying a $350 call code attendance fee by our 24:7 call compliance staff in addition to any fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not.
Please remember these rules are mandated and imposed solely by the CITY and our PERMIT/ORDINANCE which requires property management companies to notify all guests that the CITY requires you to sign a rental agreement and the Good Neighbor Brochure to obtain the code to the property as well as provide a copy in the rental agreement app a copy of Governmental ID that matches the name on the reservation. Please notate these and all rules regarding spa hours, trash removal, noise and dishes being washed are due to our permit and not our rules so please keep this in mind before booking as some guests rate us based on rules we must abide by to rent. We appreciate that they are unique rules please do not review us based on the reviews we need to follow, we appreciate it. The code cannot be sent until this agreement is filled out.
(1) Maximum vehicles and guest occupancy permitted is described in the listing. Any violation is subject to eviction and/or cancellation of your stay. If you need additional parking, please contact us directly.
(2) Big Bear Lake does not allow street parking; they will tow any vehicles parked on the street and any towing fees or fines issued are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
(3) Excessive noise or loud music heard at the property line is prohibited by the CITY for the consideration of the local residents. The CITY enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM and will send out code enforcement officers to issue fines/and or evict guests for any violations reported. There will be a $300 administrative fine per Code Call for our team to show up as we are required to attend such code call within 30 minus, plus $100 per hour of our time spent for the violation. This is IN ADDITION to any fines issued by Code Enforcement which start at $500 to $5000 per violation.
(4) Dishes - All dishes must be cleaned before leaving and the house must be left in the same condition that you found it in. Any dirty dishes left in the kitchen are subject to a $45 fee- our housekeepers will unload dishes or put them away but do not wash dishes or dump trash per the law this includes leaving dishes with food on them or left in the home. It also attracts vermin. Please note this is part of our permit and not included in cleaning the home after guests leave.
(5) Trash - All trash must be removed offsite to the free trash sites. Any bags or trash left behind in the bathroom, kitchen (including leaving behind items in the fridge, or outside is subject to a $25 per bag for removal this is not our rule - this is the law and we must abide by it as there is no trash service due to wild animals. Please do not review us based on the law. We provide a dump service if you should want to pay in advance, but we have to send a dump service we cannot have housekeepers take the trash as the CITY does not allow this.
(6) Barbecue- Propane is offered on the honor system on any firepit or BBQ. Please do not leave the firepit or BBQ on unattended. Please clean the BBQ after use. If by chance the propane runs out, please let us know and we will send someone to replace it. Please make sure all propane is turned off after use. Big Bear does not allow the use of charcoal of lighter fluid. Please be advised if you run out of propane and it is after hours we cannot promise after hours refills late at night as the stores may not be open.
(7) Pet- The home is strictly not pet friendly as the owners have severe allergies. Any violation is subject to eviction and a $3500 fine plus damages to the home will be charged.
(8) Hot Tub – No hot tub use after 10pm per the law any time a spa is left open and the cover off more than 30 mins a fine of $250 per hour will be due plus damages to the spa as this can result in pipes freezing - if a user error or maintenance is found or if we have to dump and fill water prior to your stay due to cleanliness requirements - we cannot be held liable nor grant refunds for a spa not being at the temperature desired or if left uncovered - if we have to dump the water it can take 24 hours for it to warm up. This is out of our control as sometimes the water has to be dumped and can take 24 hours to warm up. This will not be grounds for a refund.
(9) Parties or noise ordinance calls – any parties, events, unauthorized guests or noise complaints will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Any party will incur $5,000 fine plus immediate eviction.
(10) No over occupancy - $500 per person over occupancy fine plus damages plus immediate eviction and subject to code call fines.
(11) No smoking, vaping or drugs inside our cabins at any time. Any evidence of violation is grounds for immediate eviction from the cabin and a $3500 plus damages found at the home.
(12) Please refrain from bringing your own BBQs, Firepits and or outside cooking devices are banned by the CITY due to the fire safety hazards. This is subject to eviction due to this is how fires start.
(13) Due to the mountain location, Big Bear and the surrounding areas are known to have occasional power and internet outages due to circumstances beyond our control. Power outages are usually brief, lasting a few hours or less and the city always tries to work quickly to get it back up and running. There are no refunds at anytime for power or internet outages due to normal mountain conditions, as these are beyond our control.
