The Space:
Be one of the first guests at this recently built Signature Jewel two bedroom condo in the heart of PGA West. The two story unit features an open-floor plan, a modern kitchen and a two car garage providing all the comforts of home. Guests enter through either the front door or garage from a shared driveway. The spacious living/dining area sits on the south end of the condo with the primary bedroom on the same side. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa, chairs and a wall-mounted Smart TV. It flows into the kitchen with a dining table seating four in between. The kitchen has every major appliance including a gas stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and built-in microwave. Ample cookware and dinnerware are available for meal preparation and service. The primary bedroom provides a private oasis to enjoy your desert stay. A king bed, smart TV and ample closet and storage space are just a few of the creature comforts. An en-suite bathroom has a large double vanity, a walk-in shower and toilet. On the north side of the condo, a guest bedroom with a queen bed and smart TV sits down the hall from the bathroom. There are a full size washer and dryer in room at the end of the hallway and the laundry room opens to a 2 car garage. A private patio with a BBQ grill and outdoor seating is surrounded by a private yard on the north side of the condo. On the second level a beautiful spacious loft that has has a queen sleeper sofa and a wall-mounted Smart TV, along with a spacious working desk. Second floor loft can serve as a second living room or office space.
The community pool, hot tub and fitness room are about 100 yards/meters from the condo and provide the opportunity to enjoy the year-round desert climate and gorgeous mountain views. The condo is located in the middle of the Jewel portion of PGA Signature and guests enjoyed 24 manned security in the gated community. The entrance to the community is on the south side of PGA Blvd just past the Palmer Private clubhouse.
Guest Access:
California Vacation Villas provides guests with 24-hour contactless check-in and check-out through automated access. Guests will receive a door code specific to their stay 7 days prior to arrival. The code will activate at 4pm on the day of arrival and deactivate at 11am on the day of departure. Legacy Villas is a gated community with 24 hour security. Guests will need to provide California Vacation Villas the names of drivers 3 days prior to arrival for gate registration purposes. The maximum number of cars allowed in PGA West Signature is 3 per reservation.
The Neighborhood:
PGA West Signature Jewel is a collection of 86 paired and single family homes recently completed (2022-2023) by Woodbridge Pacific Group. The community boasts a central community amenity area with a clubhouse, fitness room, large pool and hot tub. Guests staying in the community have exclusive use of the amenities and can easily walk to the clubhouse area from any location in the community. 24 hour manned security provides owner and guest access and the HOA cleans and maintains the common area and pool areas.
California Vacation Villas manages 6 properties in PGA West including homes in the Jewel portion of PGA West Signature. PGA West, the western home of golf, is located in south La Quinta. It offers a mix of private and public golf options and a public clubhouse with a lively restaurant and bar. Old Town La Quinta is about 10 minute drive from most locations in PGA West and the Hwy 111 shopping corridor is about a 15-20 minute drive. The Empire Polo Club (host of the Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals) is a couple of miles away and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden is within 20 minutes. PGA West provides the perfect resort setting just a short distance from the majority of the Coachella Valley's attractions.
Getting Around:
Guests visiting the Coachella Valley can access a majority of the desert's attractions within 10-45 minutes by car. Ride share and taxis are available a majority of the time and are more readily available from November-April. Palm Springs International Airport is a 20-45 minute drive from most desert locations and Ontario and Los Angeles International Airport can be used as alternatives for air travel. Interstate 10 runs through the northern side of the Coachella Valley providing access to all desert cities from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego to the west and Phoenix and Las Vegas to the east and north. A car is recommended for any extended stay in the area.
