Guests have exclusive access to the entire home including the front and back porch with Hot tub, BBQ, and fire pit area.
Other things to note
We allow guests to bring up to two dogs that are 2+ years of age at time of stay. Pet fee is per dog; if you register one dog, this fee is included in your reservation cost. Guests registering two dogs will need to pay the second pet fee as a separate payment after booking. We are not able to host any other animals/pets.

We have a ring security doorbell camera at this listing that is motion activated. It captures video front door and driveway. It is on 24/7 regardless of occupancy.
