JURERE INTERNATIONAL 5BR Haus mit Pool - 200 m vom Strand

Mein Haus wurde im September letztes Jahr renoviert, ein Alarm- und Sicherheitssystem gelegt wurde, Porzellan Boden und wurde alle Bäder renoviert worden, die mit 3-Heizungen High-Power-Gas mit unter Druck stehenden Duschen neu waren. Das Haus hat 5 qtos (4 davon sind Suiten), alle mit Bettkasten Queen-Size (5 Betten) und mit Klimaanlage. Ich habe 1 mehr Katzenklo Betten, 2 Etagenbetten (= 4 Einzelbetten) und zwei weitere lose Einzelmatratzen. Fit 16 Personen im Haus mit Komfort.

ENGLISH:

Mein Haus renoviert wurde im September letzten Jahres, ein Alarm- und Sicherheitssystem installiert wurde, Porzellan Fliesenboden wurde im ganzen Haus platziert und alle Bäder haben jetzt Duschen unter Druck stehendes Gas mit Hochleistungsheizungen. Das Haus verfügt über 5 Zimmer (4 Suiten von ihnen) mit Doppelbetten (Betten 5) und stillem Split / C. Das Haus 1 verfügt über ausgezeichnete regelmäßige Auch Einzelbett in einer der Suiten und zwei Sofabetten (4 Einzelbetten). Zwei einzelne Matratzen sind vorhanden Auch que sind insgesamt 16 Personen im Haus mit Komfort schlafen können.

Florianopolis bietet Panoramastraßen und glitzernde Strände, die Touristen und Ironman-Athleten aus der ganzen Welt seit über 16 Jahren wurden anzieht.

Genannt „der Ort zu sein“ und „eine Mischung aus St. Tropez und Ibiza ohne die Haltung „von der New York Times, Florianopolis, Brasilien auf der Insel Santa Catarina bietet Weltklasse-Unterhaltung, Strände und Restaurants. Die sonnenverwöhnte Küstenstriche in „Floripa“, die Einheimischen liebevoll nennen, bilden zweiundvierzig Sandstränden insgesamt. Sie finden sich in einem Schutzgebiet für Sport finden, Tourismus und Naturleben aus der ganzen Welt.

Im Mai können Schwimmer die durchschnittliche Temperatur des Ozeans erwarten, von 70F (21C) vor La Serena Restaurant zu sein, liegt nur zwei Blocks entfernt von meinem Haus,

Das gemäßigte Klima und sonnig mit niedrigem Luftfeuchtigkeit Florianopolis ist die perfekte Lage für einen Ironman und einen Urlaub.

IRONMAN Brasilien verfügt über 40 Qualifikationsplätze für die IRONMAN Weltmeisterschaft 2018 in Kailua-Kona, HALLO.

outstanding!

the location of this house can not be beat. it's 1 block from the beach and taiko, and within 5 blocks of P12, open shopping, second floor, donna, and cafe de la musique. the house is perfect for entertaining, with a massive deck, sliding glass doors and a pool. the bedrooms are good size and each has a bathroom. the house also has two refrigerators which was very helpful. andre, the owner, was very easy to work with and was very accommodating. i highly recommend this rental

Esta casa parecia boa e estávamos bem animados por estar tão perto da praia e ter uma piscina! Mas a casa cheirava a urina constantemente. O telhado pingava toda vez que chovia em várias áreas da casa! O sofá tinha mofo nas almofadas! O gerente se recusou a fazer qualquer coisa sobre isso. Uma experiência tão decepcionante. Não recomendo. Minha família toda desapontada. Vrbo está sendo enganado.

Casa bem grande e perto da praia, gostei sim!

A casa é muito espaçosa, fiquei com 16 amigos na casa tranquilamente. A sala e a cozinha tem um espaço interessante, som bom, TV com NET e vários sofás e mesas. A proximidade com a praia é um fator positivo, menos de 10 minutos andando. A praia também é bem legal, poucas pessoas passando por onde ficávamos (Essa época do ano fica mais frio também). Uma coisa legal é um Open Shopping na proximidade, 15 minutos andando pra chegar nele. Nele podem ser encontradas algumas lojas e restaurantes. Me pareceu algo bem seguro, região é muito tranquila. A piscina acaba sendo um pouco pequena para muitas pessoas, mas é só não entrar todos juntos. O mercado mais próximo não fica tão perto, é um chamada Imperatriz (De taxi demora uns 15 minutos). O único fator negativo era que a área onde fica o tanque de lavar roupa e o varal estava bem desorganizada. As coisas estavam meio bagunçadas quando cheguei.

Casa confortable, pero insegura

Llegamos a la casa luego de terminadas las fiestas de carnaval, la casa en si es tal cual se describe en esta pagina, confortable, los colchones bien cómodos, la cocina con todos los accesorios para cocinar sin problema alguno. Durante la estadía tuvimos 2 inconvenientes de plomeria por lo que tuvo que venir a realizar trabajos un plomero, mas allá de eso todo ok. El punto flojo de la casa, que es el motivo por el cual doy mi calificación es por el tema de la seguridad. La casa NO cuenta con sistema de alarmas y lamentablemente nosotros sufrimos la entrada de bandidos que mientras estuvimos normalmente un dia fuera de la casa, entraron y robaron absolutamente todas nuestras cosas de valor. No recomiendo la casa por este motivo. Por mas confortable que haya sido, no pasamos unas buenas vacaciones debido a la sensación de inseguridad con la que vivimos. We got home after finished the carnival , the house itself is as it is described on this page , comfortable, well comfortable mattresses , kitchen with all the accessories to cook without any problems. During the stay we had 2 Plumbing problems so I had to come to perform work a plumber , beyond that all ok . The weak point of the house , which is why I give my rating is the issue of security . The house does not have alarm system and unfortunately we suffer the entry of bandits that while normally we were one day out of the house , entered and absolutely stole all our valuables. I do not recommend the house for this reason. For more comfortable than it was, we not had a good holiday because of the feeling of insecurity with which we live.

I would stay there again!

My review is very positive: in summary I would stay there again. I rented the house for a week, for my whole family, to spend Christmas in Fpolis. Overall, we had an awesome time at the house, and the location is indeed very convenient to walk to beach, stores, bars, bakery, etc. The common rooms in the house follow the open concept, that was so important for the holidays, when we were all cooking/playing games/watching tv/listening to music/bathing in the pool together: it all felt very integrated in that nice & pretty open space. Cooking in the large kitchen was nice and easy. There were plenty of refrigerators/freezers for everything. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very nice, spacious and clean. The small pool was such a nice treat, we used it a lot more than we thought we would! TV had all the channels you might possibly want, and music system was just great. The house felt more private than I thought: the greenery made the common space very secluded from the street. The owner was very attentive during the whole process, and sent us a few messages during our stay to check that everything was good. He made videos for us to make sure we knew how to use some things in the house, and that was pretty cool. Having said all that, of course just like any house, it has its quirks: the water wasn’t always hot in certain bathrooms, and that’s probably due to our inaptitude in playing with the (tricky) water compression system (but owner explained the system quite well). The common rooms could use some ceiling fans (floor fans were provided, which helped in the summer heat – bedrooms had air-conditioning, thankfully!). One bathroom lacks mirror; and one bedroom didn’t seem to have any outlet (I’m sure owner will look into these). Finally, not much can be done about this, but the street was pretty noisy on weekend nights (it was the season for parties…).

Ótima casa! Muito boa para confraternizações!

Fiquei no total de 3 noites na casa. Casa muito boa para confraternizações: ofereceu tudo que imaginei que poderia oferecer. Ótima localização em Jurere, então também ideal para época festivas (alta temporada). Proprietário e caseiro muito atenciosos e prestativos. Sem nenhum problemas no geral. Banheiros totalmente renovados - e muito bonitos - e os quartos muito confortáveis. Com certeza é um local para se voltar.

NÃO É O QUE AS FOTOS MOSTRAM

Chegamos na casa no dia 16 . Ficamos surpresos pois o estado que a casa parecia nas fotos não é o estado real da casa. A sala realmente é do jeito que mostram as fotos mas os quartos estão todos mal cuidados, com umidade pelas paredes e um dos quartos é a garagem, o que não parece pelas fotos. A casa possui 2 banheiros a gás e 2 banheiros elétricos mas os dois banheiros a gás não podem ser ligados ao mesmo tempo. Além disso o pressurizador precisa ser reiniciado no quadro de luz várias vezes pois acaba caindo após cada banho. A sala principal possui uma goteira no meio da sala e escorre água pelas paredes quando chove. É cobrado uma limpeza de R$ 450 na saída mas quando chegamos na casa ela estava com os armários sujos, em cima da geladeira nunca havia sido limpado. Mesmo com a taxa de R$ 450 o caseiro ainda tentou cobrar mais R$ 100 no último dia alegando que a cozinha estava muito bagunçada. Em resumo, propaganda enganosa.

Estrutura, Localização e Conforto

A casa conta com toda a estrutura necessária para uma boa acomodação e lazer. A localização é excelente, a poucos metros da praia e na avenida principal do bairro; para convidados, fica bastante fácil achar. Recomendo e voltaria a locar essa residência, com certeza!

Excelente ubicación y muy cómoda....

Fuimos 2 familias, 9 personas en total, y realmente lo pasamos espectacular. Muy bien ubicada y a minutos de la Playa, la casa cuenta con todo el equipamiento necesario para una estancia cómoda. La piscina cumple con el objetivo de refrescar y la pérgola a su lado es perfecta para compartir por las noches. El encargado de la Casa siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier consulta, e incluso subsanar algunos inconvenientes que surgieron, siempre con una excelente disposición. La recomendamos de todas maneras para quienes quieran disfrutar en familia este hermoso balneario.

Bem localizada e ótima área comunitária

Ficamos hospedadas em um grupo de amigas na casa. Além de o proprietário ser super atencioso, o caseiro da casa é muito prestativo. A casa fica muito bem localizada, bem próxima à praia (dá pra ir andando) e aos principais atrativos de Jurerê, como a P12, o bar Taikô, O Cafe de La Musique e o Open Shopping. Casa muito aconchegante, com quartos bem equipados e com ar condicionado e ótima área comunitária.

Amazing place in Jurere

This place is simply amazing! The house has everything you might need for some amazing vacations in one of the most amazing parts of Brasil. This Santa Catarina Island is wonderful, and Jurere is its best part. The house is located in the main street of this town and only two blocks from the beach and close to many restaurants and bars. It has an indoor churrasqueria (believe me you'll love this), a small pool and excellent leisure areas for entertaining guests and relaxing. It has many rooms and it is simply a wonderful place to stay in Jurere. I highly recommend this house!

GREAT PLACE!!!!!!

Great and beautiful home in a perfect location in Florianopolis! Walking distance to the beach, bars, shopping, gym,coffee, and great dining. Just a short bus ride to the lagoa, and not too far from the airport either. Honestly one of the nicest neighborhoods I have ever seen and I've been all over the world. The rooms are spacious, each with its own ac/heating system. The living room/kitchen area are huge and great for everyone there to enjoy some community time or have a few drinks before heading out. All you need to cook or grill is present in the kitchen, with a great choice of eating at the breakfast bar or formal dining table. The house also had wifi/and cable which was a huge bonus. The pool and yard are superb, and laundry machine is convenient as well. And of course special thanks to Andre for helping us out with anything we needed to know about the neighborhood and areas around. Very highly recommended! Great location, great house, great host

Andre is very responsive on any inquires, and very supportive in providing addtional tipps about Jurere and suroundings, its scene, restaurant, bars, clubs. the house is very well kept in shape with outdoor pool and terace, huge living room and four double bedrooms. highly recommended.

Excellent Location, Great Place for Large Groups!

Are you traveling as part of a big group that desires easy beach access in Jurere Internacional? If so, look no further than this property. I stayed here with two of my friends in early February 2014, and we had an absolute blast while staying here. The house is literally 2 blocks from the beach and a similar distance from all the important cafes, restaurants, and clubs in Jurere. I think the space is perfect for big groups, with a large living space, tons of outdoor seating, and a refreshing pool in the front yard. The building owners is a nice guy and is very helpful. He has folks on the ground who can help you when you first arrive (groceries, etc.). The housekeeper cooked an awesome shrimp with tomato sauce meal, which really hit the spot after eating at restaurants for a week straight. The owner asks for payment via wire transfer. I found this a little different but spoke to him on the phone and got comfortable. It's totally legitimate, so don't worry about this at all. Have a great visit!

Great Location, Perfect for Big Groups

Overall, a house in a great location just steps away from incredible Jurere beaches. The owner is very personable and helpful as well, as he has both contacts in the area (for clubs, etc.) as well as "feet on the street" for help with groceries upon arrival. The house is great for big groups, with a large open floorplan and cool outdoor seating and pool area. I would highly recommend it. One thing. You will be asked to pay via wire transfer. I was a bit skeptical about this but spoke to the owner on the phone and quickly became comfortable. The owner is a nice guy and very helpful.

Ótima localização e conforto!

Casa localizada a 2 minutos da praia e entre 5 e 10 minutos dos melhores beach clubes de Jurere Internacional. Com uma estrutura agradável, nos permitiu aproveitar o melhor da região com conforto e estilo. Ideal para grupos que queiram aproveitar a praia e a badalarão que Jurere Internacional oferece, e ainda assim poder aproveitar a tarde com os amigos na piscina e com um churrasco.
