Ocean Dunes 320 ist eine Villa, die Sie sicher immer wieder besuchen möchten, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie von zu Hause erwarten. Dazu gehören WLAN, kostenlose Ferngespräche in den USA und Kanada.

Eine neue Queen-Size-Schlafnummer-Matratze, ein 27-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit eingebauter DVD-Kombination und eine Dockingstation vervollständigen das Schlafzimmer. Angrenzend an das Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein großes Badezimmer. Auf dem Flur befinden sich 2 halb private Etagenbetten (ideal für kleine Kinder), die durch eine Tür geschlossen werden können.

Der Wohnbereich ist mit einem neuen Queen-Size-Schlafsofa mit einer hochwertigen Memory-Foam-Matratze, einem La-Z-Boy-Sessel und einem an der Wand montierten 42-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit HDTV und einem DVD-Player ausgestattet. Der Wohnbereich umfasst auch einen Esstisch für 4 Personen. Spiele, Bücher und DVDs sind in der Villa verfügbar. Es gibt einen privaten Balkon vor dem Wohnbereich, der einen schönen Blick auf den Atlantik bietet. Im Schlafzimmer, im Wohnzimmer und auf dem Balkon wurden Deckenventilatoren installiert. Das Condo verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit neuen Kleingeräten (Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, Toaster und Mikrowelle) sowie einen Elektroherd, einen großen Kühlschrank und einen Geschirrspüler. Es ist mit reichlich Kochgeschirr und Küchengeräten ausgestattet, um das Kochen zu erleichtern . Jede Unterkunft in Ocean Dunes verfügt über einen WLAN-Internetzugang und Zugang zum "neuen" Pool und einem Picknickbereich am Meer. Unsere Ocean Dunes-Gäste haben auch Zugang zum Club-Fitnesscenter des Players, das über vollständige Trainingseinrichtungen und einen beheizten Innenpool verfügt.

Ocean Dunes liegt am südlichen Ende der Insel, am South Forest Beach Drive, nicht weit vom Coligny Plaza und dem Coligny Beach Park entfernt. Ocean Dunes ist ein Anwesen am Meer, etwa 70 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten gehören ein Pool am Meer und kostenloser Zugang zum Player's Club für die Nutzung des beheizten Innenpools sowie des Fitnesscenters. Ocean Dunes Villa

Reviewer Comments: The view was spectacular and with the AC running in the bedroom it was quiet overall. The tub drained a little slow, but everything else in the Villa was good. The shower water pressure was good and the villa overall was clean. But we came to the beach for the view of the ocean, and this room has that in spades. The pool was heated, which was a must as it was on the chilly side during our stay. Lots of things to do close to the property. Check out Hilton Head Social Bakery and the Jazz Corner. Both are amazing!!

Nice location and view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I come to ocean vacations to enjoy the view from our condo. This unit had a great view of ocean at a very reasonable rate. Sleep number bed was nice, since I like a soft bed. I really like the location also. We went on long 2-4 mile walks on the beach each day. The sand is hard which was a little different than I am used to and hardly any shells. Would recommend providing beach chairs in the unit.

Beautiful View of the Ocean, Not that great on the inside.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great. It's a nice gated area and we loved that it was so close to the beach and local attractions. The unit itself was not impressive. It had a pile of dust on the headboard and the fan in the bathroom was horrendously dirty. The bed in the bedroom is out of its prime and very uncomfortable. The living and kitchen area is fine and it served its purpose of giving us a place to stay for a quick trip on the beach. As someone in the hospitality industry myself, a little updating and a better cleaning service would go a long way.

Great View, Dated Condo

The condo was small but there was only two of us so we made it work. It was VERY dated, and not clean enough. I understand many places are short handed with workers like cleaning people but dust, grime and other people’s hair in the bathroom are not okay. We informed the management that the cable wasn’t working. They had someone out to fix it right away.

Unpleasant stay made it work

Unit need some sprucing up wallpaper pealing and other thing needed attention.This is the first Unit we rented in 33 year we have been staying on the Island we had a major safety issue! Stepped out on the balcony and the flooring was not supportive, spongy over most of the balcony. Called Vacation Time right away and was told no one could come out till Monday to inspect and to stay off the balcony till then. No morning coffee enjoying the view, no evening star gazing. On Monday service person arrived in the late afternoon? Affirmed our concerns and was told to avoid a certain area of the balcony! AC Unit in the living room was not working properly could not be fixed by service person. Do Not Rent This Unit till They Mention the Balcony Has Been Repaired!We have worked with Vacation Time for several years and always was pleased with their Service, this is the first time they FAILED their Mission Statement for Customer Service!I will keep this in mind the next time we come to HHI there are other companies that provide renting.

So close to the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great being so close to the beach and the pool and having a view of both of those from our third floor balcony. The room was clean and the furniture was nice. We bought an umbrella for the week and left it there for the next guests to use. We appreciated having the two beach chairs there to use for the week. The only thing I can think of to fix was the floor boards of the balcony felt really soft and made me a little concerned to walk around on it.

overall Good Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed from June 13th- 17th and were pleased with our visit. The space fit our family comfortably. But there were a few problems we had, the top bunk, even with a step ladder; which was provided, could not be reached. We had to pull the mattress down to put it on the floor. The front door was very hard to unlock and lock. There is a huge soft spot on the balcony that made you feel as if you were going to fall through, which is very unsafe. The internet stopped working after the first night there and on the last night, we killed a cockroach. Overall a good place to stay, the view makes up for it.

Great beach with good access and private bathroom/shower cabanna near the beach. Property has access to a cozy outdoor bar and grill area next door with good food and some live music - nice touch. Secure parking with adequate space. We felt very secure during our stay. Very nice and welcoming management staff. Missed having a private washer and drier.Nice new TV's, but no cable or satellite service so there is no access to normal national or local network programing services, like local news and weather and daily major network programing- only 100 channels of fairly useless, ad supported "Free Samsung TV Plus" streaming service. Disappointing.Balcony has a very "soft" spot that feels unsafe - like the the wood under the carpet may be damaged. We reported this and the management staff seemed like they appreciated our comment and would address that issue. We would likely stay there again.

Comfortable Stay in Hilton Head at a Great Price

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head and at the Ocean Dunes Villa #320. The place was clean, comfortable and it had everything we needed. The pool was very nice and the easy access to the beach was appreciated. The property management office was wonderful to work with in every interaction. There are a couple opportunities for improvement. The bed in the unit is very hard and uncomfortable. The mattress really needs to be changed. When we arrived, both the bathroom sink and bathtub were plugged and draining slowly. A maintenance person came and fixed it quickly, two days into our stay, but I think this is something that the cleaning person should have noticed before we arrived. The pictures accurately depict the unit but it is smaller than it looks in the pictures. Overall, it worked well for our family of three (two adults and one child) and we had a very nice stay in the unit; the view is outstanding.
