From the living room, dining area, kitchen, primary bedroom, and two beachfront outdoor spaces, you'll be treated to awe-inspiring vistas of the beach. Thanks to over a dozen windows, there's nothing separating you from the beach, enabling you to completely immerse yourself in the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico.

This capacious two-story residence boasts an open-concept design in the living, dining, and kitchen areas, ideally suited for contemporary living. The living room provides ample seating with a roomy 6-seat sectional and two additional side chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen showcases sleek stainless-steel appliances and all the utensils you'll require to prepare and entertain during your stay. The dining table accommodates up to 6 guests, with an extra 7 seats available at the kitchen bar, creating a laid-back gathering spot.

The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation:

Master Bedroom - (Upper level): Enjoy scenic views of the water and beach from the master bedroom, which is furnished with a King bed, Twin X-Large sleeper chair (twin sleeper), dresser, two nightstands, two reading lamps, floor fan, blackout curtains, television, extra pillows/blankets, a laundry basket, luggage rack, and hangers. Master on-suite boasts double sink, a generously sized walk-in shower, linens, soaps, shampoo, conditioner and toilet tissue.

Guest Bedroom - (Upper level): Provides a Queen bed, two nightstands, two reading lamps, a chair, floor fan, blinds, television, extra pillows/blankets, air mattresses, hangers, and a laundry basket.
A semi-private bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway, featuring a shower/tub combination, linen, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet tissue.

Guest Bedroom 2 (Lower level): Full bed with reading lamp, extra pillows/blankets, hangers, and a semi-private half bathroom.

We supply fresh and well-maintained linens, bath towels, toilet tissue, bath/hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner—everything you need for a hassle-free stay.

Enjoy added conveniences such as a full-size washer and dryer, laundry detergent pods, trash bags, paper towels, hand/dish soap, dishwasher pods, and cleaning supplies.

We've considered families with children, providing crib, pack-in-play, linens, dinnerware, plastic sippy cups, silverware, highchair, 2 booster chairs, stroller, baby gate, baby monitors, sun cover, sand toys, water floats/swim vest, indoor toys, books, safety door locks and outlet covers.

Step outside and savor the ocean breeze as you glide open the patio doors to reach the balcony. The balcony is furnished with seating for six, including a dining ledge that provides an ideal spot to admire the magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico. Descend the stairs from the balcony to a paver brick patio, where you'll discover bar-height tables and chairs for dining, as well as low-profile Adirondack chairs and recliners for ultimate relaxation. Furthermore, there are two outdoor showers and two-foot showers available upon your return from the sand. With your own private access to the soft, white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, this setting epitomizes the essence of beachfront living.

We provide all the beach necessities you need for your convenience, such as beach chairs, beach cart, umbrellas, tents, beach blankets, float, coolers, beach bags, towels, sports balls, skim boards, mini cornhole, swim vest, beach toys, and more.

Parking is easy with room for up to two vehicles in the drive (parking is tandem), extra public parking is available on the adjacent street. Please note that there is no elevator.

Our Homeowners Association (HOA) has implemented a comprehensive Ring Camera System with audio and video recording capabilities throughout the entire outside of the building; stairways, doors, parking, under the building and the front patio areas. These cameras are continuously monitored to enhance security and safety. Ring Door Alarms, equipped with audio and video recording features, are installed at both the front and rear entrances of each unit.

Exploring Indian Rocks Beach:
Indian Rocks Beach offers a unique and charming atmosphere, free from towering skyscrapers and commercial chains. Enjoy dining at local favorites like The Original Crabby Bills, Jimmy Guana's, Guppy's on the Beach, and Keegan's Seafood Grille. For Mexican and Italian cuisine, visit VIP Lounge & Mexican Restaurant, or TJ's Italian Restaurant. Don't miss Kooky Coconut for a quick snack or Grouper's on the Gulf for a local favorite.
