Zilli Tower 503 ist eine 800 Quadratmeter große, in Familienbesitz befindliche Turmwohnung am Ufer des Golfs von Mexiko. Es ist Teil der Zilli Collection. Schöne Frau berührt durch. !!

Jedes mit dem Zilli-Touch einer erstaunlichen Aussicht, Dekor (nicht typische Korbmöbel, dumme Strandartefakte, 40 Jahre alte Fußböden usw. 1 GRÖSSE passte alle.)

Perfect getaway!

The condo was perfect! Everything we needed at our fingertips. and the view was amazing! Right on the ocean, the beach was clean & quiet. Condo was great, comfy, and clean. With a tropical storm approaching, we settled in a littler earlier than noted to be the check in time. The storm was interesting and could have been worse…otherwise as we have enjoyed several times before…longboat key did not disappoint.

Annual Family Vacation to Longboat Key, FL

This was our second time staying at this fantastic location, and it just keeps getting better! If you’re thinking about booking here, don’t hesitate—do it ASAP! This beachfront property is perfectly located in Longboat Key, close to the grocery store, shopping, and the wonderful restaurants at St. Armand’s Circle. Plus, the beach is beautiful and quiet, providing a perfect escape. The interior of the condo is modern and well-appointed with quality furnishings, making it comfortable and stylish. Lastly, Jim truly goes above and beyond to meet the needs of his guests. His communication is excellent, and he is incredibly accommodating. Highly recommend!

Nice Place, View and Location

We stayed there in 2018 as well as June 2024 and the place was just as nice as six years ago. They really keep everything clean and new. The location is great, the views are great. The property grounds are also well-maintained. Good beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler in closet too. The host was very helpful and customer-focused. We plan to stay there again!

My wife and I just completed a perfect stay at this beach front property. My wife even said when we entered the room “she was never leaving”. The location, view and surrounding area was just as advertised. The communication and follow-up from the property manager was excellent! We look forward to returning soon!!

Beautiful view

Our stay was only one night because we decided to extend our honeymoon an extra day due to having rain almost our whole week in Florida. The place was a little smaller than we expected, but for just the two of us, that was OK. It was nicely decorated and had a beautiful view of the Gulf. We spent a little time sitting on the beach (most of what you need...chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. are in the unit), went to dinner at the Lazy Lobster & watched the sunset (even though it was a cloudy one) from the balcony. It is a nice area, though we weren't there long enough to do much exploring. Communication with Jim was good & his responses were quick.

Absolutely wonderful

Beautiful condo with absolutely everything you need for the perfect day @ the beach! The condo was beautifully decorated and spotless. We were right on the beach with an amazing view! It is located in a quiet area with very few people on the beach. We had a very relaxing & fantastic week, I don’t think it could of been any better. Jim Zilli grew up in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin, area. He started coming to Longboat Key in the early 1980's. Jim chose this Tower 503 property as it was the perfect vacation property with an amazing gulf view. Jim had previously purchased the nearby two-bedroom villa and came to live in Longboat Key full-time in 2009. The Tower 503 has upscale touches equivalent to a Ritz or St. Regis suite.

Jim is CEO in the family’s Wisconsin on off-site catering special events business, so he has ample experience in hospitality. He finds great enjoyment and satisfaction helping guests have amazing vacations in his properties – many of whom come back year after year. “I have many families who I have gotten to know over the years and spent time , dining , golfing , helped them find realtors, and more,” says Jim.

Clients have complimented Jim’s style as attentive and not pushy. They appreciate he will check in with them during their stay. He wants renters to know he’s there for them.

The most obvious reason Jim chose Longboat Key is the weather and beauty of this location, and the Villa is located just steps from a world-class beach. Guests never run out of things to do, whether it’s enjoying the nightlife in nearby Sarasota or simply collecting shells along the white sand beach. The weather provides just enough variety so you won’t be bored. Unlike other areas of Florida, Longboat Key is quiet, safe and has a small-town feel he enjoys. The area feels remote and natural yet it’s easy to access with the Sarasota airport just 7 miles east of Sarasota or from Tampa, which is 40 minutes away.

One of Jim’s favorite things to do is golf, and (there are several world-class courses within a 20-minute drive). He also enjoys movies, and recommends the annual film festival in Sarasota. He keeps a running list of the many, many things there are to do in the area - so whether you like to swim, sunbathe, walk on the beach, golf, shop, or all of the above, Jim’s guests find plenty to keep themselves entertained. At the same time, the secluded location offers privacy and quiet so if you, like most of us, need to catch up on rest while you’re here, you can fall asleep to nothing more than the gentle sound of the surf.
