This beautifully decorated cabin offers a modern touch with mountain inspired decor. With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a community picnic area right across the street, there is plenty of space for the family to spread out and enjoy themselves.

This cabin is nestled in the Silvertip subdivision right outside the town of Shaver Lake.
Keyless Entry: There is a smartlock on the front door ensuring an easy check-in experience. Guests will be provided with all of the check-in information prior to their stay.
Kitchen: This beautifully embellished kitchen showcases charming wood countertops and sleek stainless-steel appliances, creating an inviting atmosphere to cook your favorite meals in. It is thoughtfully equipped with an array of dishes and cooking utensils to cater to all your culinary needs throughout your stay. Additionally, we take pleasure in offering a complimentary welcome basket filled with tempting snacks and refreshing bottled water.
Dining Room: Gather around the dining room table that comfortably seats 8 people. In case additional seating is required, there is also four bar stools at the breakfast bar, ensuring everyone can gather and dine together in comfort.
Living Room: Experience the inviting ambiance of the thoughtfully decorated living room, exquisitely designed with a modern touch, featuring a beautiful stone fireplace, charming natural wood shiplap, and delightful mountain-inspired decor. Sit back and enjoy your favorite movies or TV shows on the Roku TV, or engage in friendly competition with a selection of entertaining board games.
Master Bedroom: The master bedroom, conveniently situated on the lower level, offers a cozy Queen size bed, Roku TV, and beautiful views of the surrounding trees through the window, adding a touch of natural beauty to the room.
Bedroom #2: The spacious second bedroom features a comfortable Queen size bed and two dressers that offer plenty of additional storage space for your belongings. Adjacent to this bedroom, a small loft space awaits, featuring a convenient pull-out couch that guests are welcome to utilize for additional sleeping arrangements.
Bedroom #3: The charming third bedroom is perfect for kids or young adults. You'll find a delightful bunkbed with twin trundle and an additional twin size bed on the other side of the room, providing cozy sleeping arrangements for four. This arrangement ensures ample sleeping space for children or additional guests, allowing everyone to rest comfortably and enjoy a restful night's sleep.
Outside: Venture outdoors and showcase your grilling skills on the BBQ, creating mouthwatering culinary delights. Gather around the inviting outdoor table, where you can savor your meals and engage in lively conversations amidst the scenic surroundings. As night falls, delight in the cozy warmth of a crackling fire, creating a captivating atmosphere for relaxation and cherished moments.
Community Picnic Area: Conveniently situated just across the street from the home, a delightful community picnic area awaits your enjoyment. Feel free to make use of the provided swing sets, relax under the comfort of shaded picnic tables, or use the charcoal BBQ's. This communal space offers an ideal setting for the kids to have somewhere to play, while adults get to relax!
Please note that there are no taxi's, Uber, or a city bus in Shaver Lake. Guests will need to provide their own transportation to get around.
AC: Unfortunately, this property does not have air conditioning. However, fans are provided in the house during summer months.
Heating: This property has central heating and a gas fireplace in the living room. Please understand that heat rises, so upstairs will always stay warmer than downstairs.
Winter: During winter months, the outdoor furniture and BBQ will be stored away so the weight of the snow doesn't damage the furniture. Thanks for your understanding!
Parking: The driveway can comfortably fit two vehicles. During summer months, a third vehicle can be parked right across the street from the home if additional parking space is needed (extra parking is NOT available during winter months due to the snow). Unfortunately, there is not enough space at this property for boat parking.
