IN AND AROUND

WALKING: The residence Las Palmas 243 is super central and within just a few minutes walk of the beach and La Quinta which is the main avenue with activities in Playa. You'll also find plenty of bars and restaurants.

FREE PARKING: Our guests have access to a free parking space during their stay. The parking is accessible with a remote control which we leave inside the apartment for our guests. There are plenty of street parking spaces and paid parking spaces available nearby.

TAXI: taxis are easily available in the street around Playa Del Carmen and a short ride should cost between 50 MXN to 100 MXN. Speaking a few words of Spanish will go a long way to make sure you don't overpay on the fare.

BUS: Within 2 minutes walk of the residence Las Palmas 243, you will find the bus station of the ADO. This is very handy if you plan to travel by bus from Cancun and onwards. The fare is very reasonable and

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS: Tulum is about 45 minutes drive, Akumal about 30 minutes drive, and Cancun on the other side is about 50 minutes drive. You can also discover some beautiful cenotes like Cenote Azul from Playa Del Carmen as well as attraction parks like Xcaret.

PET POLICY: Bring your furry friend along! We happily accept 1 pet per group with an additional charge of 100 USD per stay. This fee covers extra cleaning during check-out. Please remember to inform us about your pet during the booking process. Note: We allow a maximum of 1 pet per stay.

CRIB AVAILABLE: Traveling with a baby? We can provide a crib for your little one. Please request the crib at least 24 hours in advance, as it is subject to availability. For same-day bookings, we cannot guarantee crib availability.

NOTE ON PRIVATE POOL: Please be aware that the private pool is like a small plunge pool which functions like a bath and which needs to be filled and emptied every time. It will be pre-filled prior to your arrival. There is no filtering system so the water will turn after a few days. If you want to get the pool refilled during your stay, we can do it for you at a cost of 20 USD per refill. If you are staying for more than 3 days, the pool may need to be refilled eventually but please be aware prior to booking.
