Vacation dreams come true at this custom estate on a quiet 1.3-acre lot with an orange grove. You'll love being across the street from Cottonwood Golf Course, plus there is a private solar-heated pool and an adjacent pool house with plenty of fun supplies. Find beach toys, boogie boards, and lots of floats for both adults and kids. There’s even an outdoor half bath for added convenience.
After fun-filled days making a splash, enjoy crisp drinks and dining outside on the lush lawn. The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with a full suite of sleek modern appliances, making it easy to prepare delicious home-cooked meals.
As evening falls, unwind in the living area and watch a movie on the large smart TV (streaming is available using your own accounts). Then retreat for the night in one of the well-appointed bedrooms. A toddler racecar bed is available for those traveling with little ones.
Near excellent golf courses and vineyards in the area, this property is great for group getaways.

This rental is the downstairs part of a duplex, which has its own private entrances. (The local hosts live on the top floor.)
The pool has a depth of up to 8 feet. The solar heat runs all year; however, the pool will likely be cool in the winter.
This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
