Accommodating and Helpful

We had a reservation get canceled after check-in. I reached out to this host and they jumped in to help. We got the reservation made and they had the house ready for is quickly. Clean and well kept home in an ideal location to get all over the valley quickly.

The house was very clean and the back yard was very nice to hang out in. This property is nicely located with easy access to businesses and hospitals. The host was very easy to work with. I highly recommend this property.

House near Piestewa Peak

Five family members stayed at this house for 3 nights. The house was fine. Not particularly good or bad. It was very minimally equipped. The house had air conditioning in some rooms, not all. The TV was a Roku minimal package. There was a 5! Cup coffee pot. All the furnishings look like they were bought online for the minimum amount. Not particularly comfortable. The big plus was the backyard. Really nice lawn. Very pleasant to sit outside and my dogs were in heaven. Could be a much nicer house with a little effort.

Excellent stay.

We had an amazing stay. The house is spacious, looks exactly like the photos and is children and adult friendly. I got to teach my nephews how to play pool and they couldn’t stay out of the game room afterwards.

Business & Leisure Trip

The location and property at Hikers Retreat was perfect for a three-day stay. It was convenient to meetings downtown and to restaurants and activities. The house is spacious and is the backyard. Communication was great as well as we got quick responses. It was a very nice stay.

Quiet peaceful backyard - traveling with dogs, a myst

Perfect weather enhances every stay! Great patio time while dogs lounged in yard. All the conveniences of home. Found taking husband to train with 3 miles from house each morning was a great way to get him to convention center. Thanks!

Great property in a great neighborhood!!

We rented this home for my parents who were visiting from out of town (we didn’t have room in our house, which is a few houses away on the same street). This house was PERFECT for my parents, and for our kids to stay with their grandparents for “sleepovers”. Very clean, nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. The game room in the backyard was an added bonus. We hope to rent again when my parents visit again!

Dogs Loved it!

I found this spot as my last stop on a 9-day road trip. So comfortable and I was able to visit with early family and friends. I loved that I was able to bring my dogs and my pups LOVED the backyard. Nice grass and a good size for my two larger dogs to run around. Pictures are also accurate of the place, which was a pleasant surprise! Would definitely stay again and will be recommending to family.

Dirty and understocked

Upon arrival there were multiple broken items around the house (pictures taken at that time) second every fire alarm in the house was removed and did not contain batteries which proves to be a major safety concern. Lastly every dish in the kitchen was dirty and needed to be washed upon our arival.
