If you plan to sizzle up some barbecue delights, there is a usage fee of $50. This fee helps maintain the barbecue facilities, ensuring they are clean and ready for your culinary adventures.
$150 fee for late check-out of fewer than 2 hours.
Check-outs past 2 hours of original check out time will have a fine in accordance with that of a full day's rate
A full reimbursement for damages caused by cancellations of future guests due to the property not being ready on time.
Truvi Verification & Late Check-Out Policy
We require all guests to complete the Truvi verification process. Truvi is a trusted guest-screening platform that verifies identities and provides additional protection throughout your stay.
As part of our policy, guests must choose between the following for damage coverage:
Damage Deposit: A 2% fee of the $500 deposit.
Damage Waiver: $35 per booking for $500 coverage.
Additionally, a $150 late check-out fee is pre-authorized in your credit card. If you check out on time, the pre-authorization will expire automatically within 7 days with no charges applied.
Don't stress about your car! We've got you covered with complimentary parking available right here on our property. The unit has 2 spaces in the driveway for parking. The parking is a tandem space, meaning you can park up to two cars but one In Front of the other.
*ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**
In preparation for your arrival, we would like to inform you that our Guest Customer Support team will be in touch with you two days prior to your scheduled check-in date. The purpose of this call is to obtain your credit card details, which we will use to pre-authorize your $500 refundable security deposit and there will be a $20 for the transfer fee.
This security deposit is a standard procedure in the hospitality industry and serves as a means to cover any incidental charges that may occur during your stay. Please rest assured that any pre-authorization on your card is a temporary hold and will not result in an actual charge, provided there are no outstanding incidentals at the end of your stay.
*IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES**
1) OCCUPANCY LIMIT: Occupants in the unit cannot exceed what is reflected in the booking. Any unregistered guests not disclosed before check-in will incur a charge of $50 per night / per guest.
2) AGE REQUIREMENT: The primary renter must be 21 years or older.
3) RESPECTFUL LIVING: Kindly be considerate of your neighbors, especially those with young children or in need of rest. Any guests found violating noise regulations will be asked to leave. Additionally, any form of violence, fighting, or domestic abuse will lead to immediate eviction without refund.
4) SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Violation of this rule will incur a fine of $300.
5) PARTIES are NOT allowed: Unauthorized parties or events will result in a fine of $300, plus any additional cleaning fees or damage costs. This is strictly enforced to ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbors.
6) PETS are NOT allowed. Violation of this rule will incur a fine of $300.
7) LEFTOVERS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED: Properly dispose all your food waste to the garbage bag provided. Failure to do so may result in an additional charge of $50.
8) PROPER SINK/TOILET USAGE: Please refrain from disposing of any food/items in the sink/toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Utilize the provided waste receptacles for other materials. Any guest causing damage to the plumbing system will be responsible for repair costs.
9) LEAVE THE HOME HOW YOU RECEIVED IT. We ask that you treat this home with the same love and care as you would treat your own. Please note that moving of furniture is strictly prohibited.
10) KEEP THE DOORS CLOSED. It can get hot if you don't leave the doors closed, and the A/C has to work triple its time.
Reporting Issues: Should any maintenance or other problems arise, promptly inform us so that we can address the issue immediately.
