Please look over this prior to your arrival or if you have questions about your visit, most likely what you're looking for is in here:

ADDRESS:
You will be able to see our address once you confirm your booking.

ARRIVING:
You will receive the door code of our house one day before your arrival.

CHECK IN:
Check In time is at 4:00PM. Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in.

CHECK OUT:
Check out is at 11:00 AM, please be conscious of this rule so we can get in there and get it ready for the next guest.

PARKING:
You will have free parking in front of the house for two cars.

RULES:
Please make sure you read and agree with our house Rules.
NO SMOKING: Inside the property.
NO PARTIES: We don't allow parties under any circumstances, this is a residential neighborhood and we will terminate your reservation and call the police if you break this rule.

TV:
This property has a Smart TV, there is Netflix, Hulu, Disney +. Simply press the corresponding button on the remote for unlimited streaming movies and TV shows. You will need to login into your account.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
Please note that the house has security cameras that cover only the exterior areas of the property. They remain on and in operation at all times, solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and the traveler. We have 1 camera in the front door and 2 on the sides.
