Welcome to The Maverick. This Victorian home was built in 1891 and recently transformed into five, luxurious modern units.
This boutique property is ideally located steps away from the trendiest restaurants and bars, coffee shops, Lake Michigan beaches, Brady Street, hospitals, North Avenue, downtown, the Oak Leaf Trail, biking, hiking, the river walk, Public Market and other grocery stores, Summerfest, and the all-new Bucks arena/Fiserv Forum. Milwaukee is known as “Brew City” for a reason, and we have two well-known breweries just a few blocks away - Eagle Park Brewery and Lakefront. The included surface parking space is located right next door.
You will find this place is ideal for weddings, bachelor/bachelorette groups, families, reunions, and business travelers.
After coming home from a tough day at the beach or eating your way through the many award-winning restaurants trying to figure out your favorite cheese curd, you will find free, blazing fast WiFi, central air conditioning and heat, and a Smart TV with your favorite apps (cable not included) - feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!
Kitchen/Dining:
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, toaster, blender, and a Keurig and coffee maker. There is ample seating for 8 which includes a small dining table and bar stools at the peninsula.
Living Room:
For a rainy day or just a cozy night in, relax in the elegant living room well-appointed with a 65 inch Smart TV and games to keep the entertainment going.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom #1: Queen bed with en-suite bathroom and closet
Bedroom #2: Queen bed, dresser, luggage rack, and closet
Bedroom #3: Queen bed . Also Included: closet with extra bedding, luggage rack, and desk with chair.
Bathrooms:
Two bathrooms are provided. One with a stand up shower and one with a tub/shower combo. Also included: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, toilet paper, and hair dryer. A stackable washer and dryer along with detergent is also conveniently located in this space.
Outdoor:
Walk down your side entrance stairs to a chic patio oasis complete with a natural gas grill and push-button fire pit and teak dining table and furniture. Keep the outdoor entertainment going (until quiet hours of course) with automatic luminous patio and pergola party lights.
*Please be aware the outdoor patio is shared amongst the tenants in the building.
*Quiet hours in the City of Milwaukee are from 9pm-7am

Must submit a $500 off-platform security "hold" that will be collected upon signing rental agreement, but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
