Welcome to "Lake Havasu Vaca", which was built in late 2021. Immerse yourself in the opulence of white towels and bed linens. The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. Don't miss the shuffleboard, poker and pool table in the climate-controlled garage, adding an element of entertainment to your stay.

Situated just 4.5 miles away from London Bridge, our home provides the ideal combination of accessibility and serenity.

The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom and a spacious King bed, providing a comfortable and luxurious sleeping experience. The second bedroom also has an en suite bathroom and is furnished with a Queen bed. Bedroom 3 offers a Queen bed and has a full bathroom with a shower/bathtub combo conveniently located in the hallway.

Each bedroom is equipped with a 55-inch Samsung Smart flat screen TV, allowing you to enjoy your favorite shows and movies. The living room boasts a remarkable 75-inch Samsung Smart flat screen TV accompanied by a Sonos Sound Bar, ensuring an immersive and impressive audiovisual experience. Additionally, there is an electric fireplace in the living room, adding to the cozy ambiance of the space.

The Smart TVs can be operated by voice commands through the remote control. Simply speak into the remote to access your various streaming services. We subscribe to Allo Fiber known for its dependable internet service.

For parking, there is space on the street to accommodate your boat or any other recreational vehicles you may have. Alternatively, you can park your vehicle in the driveway. We have our own recreational toys and tools in the Double RV garage. However, there is room to park a vehicle.

In the 2 car garage we added a TV, pool table, poker table with chips and cards, a small beer pong table (ping pong balls are underneath the table or more are in the electric fireplace cabinet in the living room). Bring your own red cups. Small Shuffleboard table too.

The 3 bedrooms sleep 2 people per bedroom and we have an Air Mattress in the Queen en suite closet with extra linens. This mattress would need to be set up in the living room. However, everyone says the couch is really comfortable.

We are happy you chose our Havasu Vaca home here on Bamboo Dr. for your stay. We hope you will make the most of this cozy home and its amenities. We have put a lot of effort into making it a lovely space. Hence the following House Rules:
PLEASE READ: By booking, you explicitly agree to the following:
1. Must sign rental agreement and upload a copy of your Photo ID upon booking.
A $1500 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
2. Lock all doors, windows and garage doors any time you leave the house.
3. Absolutely no animals of any kind, as we are extremely allergic. An additional 1,000.00 fee will be imposed if any site or signs of animals. Sorry we take this seriously we even have our housekeepers only use our cleaning equipment. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of reservation without reimbursement for housing of any kind.
4. No Smoking- No smoking of any kind, in the house, including but not limited to nicotine, tobacco products, cannabis or any other smoke or inhaled products. Breaking this rule will incur a $500 fine/fee. Feel free to smoke on the outside patio or in the garage.
5. Important to use placemats on the dining table, heat can change the color. There are more place mats in the bottom pullout shelf in the pantry cabinet. There is also a large pad in the same shelf should you want to play card or dice games on the dining table.
6. We leave an initial supply of coffee, KCups, teas, ziplocks, sugar, small creamers, spices, oils, toiletries and such. However, we like to be generous so please use what you need but leave the rest. In other words don't take what you don't use/consume.
7. Housekeeping-Midstay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee of 150.00 and required for stays over 4 weeks.
8. No parties
9. Quiet time between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am (no loud music or voices)
10. Don't eat in the bedrooms please.
11. We do not expect this to be an issue ever however we are told we must disclose our expectations. Trash/Messy- If the home is left with excessive trash, vomit, bodily fluids we will charge $100 for every extra hour of cleaning required.
12. Accidents/injury=Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm or illness arising from their use of the premises. Guest recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
14. This property has security surveillance outside in the front and back of this home and in the garage/game room.
15. Please note, the garage may or may not be available for your use (let's discuss) and the backyard still needs to be completed. There is a new patio table and chairs. There is a BBQ. If you need to fill the propane, re-fill and we will reimburse you. However, there should be a full one in the back of the garage on the shelves.
