Built in 1925, this gorgeous home is nearly 100 years old and is located directly across from the beautiful Braden Park. Enjoy scenic park views from the covered patio and this home's proximity to all of Tulsa's main attractions such as the Tulsa Expo Center, Gathering Place, Historic Route 66, Downtown Tulsa, Mother Road Market, Cherry Street, and much more. The home is fully renovated while maintaining its historic significance and charm!
The space
This home features a large primary bedroom which includes a sitting area and walk out patio overlooking Braden Park. Both bedrooms include HD TVs with streaming capabilities and full length mirrors on the inner side of the closet doors.

**Fireplace & Fire Pit**
Fireplace: Decoration only; however, the decorative logs are wrapped in remote operated lights for your enjoyment!

Fire Pit: Marshmallow sticks provided! Wood can be purchased at a nearby store of your choice.
Lowe’s year round (4min away), Home Depot year round (9min away), Reasor’s and Walmart seasonally (around 5 min away).

Yellow House Shop:
The Yellow House Shop (located on the shelves in the Dining Room) displays local goods available for purchase right in the home for your convenience. Alex and I hand select these items from the many outstanding local businesses in the Tulsa area. Inventory changes with availability and 100% of profits go to the local businesses showcased. Payment options are included in check-in instructions. We hope you get a chance to enjoy these little tastes of Tulsa!
Guest access
Guests have access to all areas of the property except for the hall closet (used as our supply closet) and the detached garage.
Other things to note
Dogs are welcome!! Sadly, we do not accommodate cats at this time. We love our feline friends but unfortunately they do not tend to get along well with the furniture in this home

Other pets may be allowed on a case by case basis.
