You drive down a gravel road wondering if you have the right location and if this rental is legit. Then you enter the property that has been developed into a beautiful community of tiny homes that all have their own separate space. You can hear neighbors from time to time but you do not see them. Once you park and come around to the back of property it opens up to a beautifully landscaped area - composite decking, Weber grill, patio fire pit with nice seating and stone stairway to the river. The kids loved fishing and the sunset into the trees was beautiful as they fished. During the day you see people tubing and kayaking by the property.
This was our first time staying in a “tiny house” which exceeded our expectations!!! I had assumed it would feel like a “souped” up 5th wheel trailer but it was way - way more than that. It is very custom with A/C units in every section, solid wood finishing, nicely decorated to feel homey, and a bathroom that although still small it is spacious. We assumed we would run out of hot water and that never happened. Plenty of fridge space and beautiful stove to cook on. We were shock to see that it had a washer / dryer combo although we didn’t use it. You really don’t need anything except cloths and food…there was even firewood left for us.
As the rental is used more I could see it having salt and pepper, matches / fire started and Deet. These were all things we had to get that previous VRBOs have had.
