The condo is ideally situated close to beach dining establishments and shopping centers. Whether you're in the mood for a romantic dinner, retail therapy, or exciting entertainment, you'll find it all within reach.

Step inside the welcoming open-concept living and dining room, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of counter space and stainless steel appliances, making it a chef's dream. You will have all the essentials to prepare exquisite homemade meals and treats for the group. When mealtime is over, retreat to the enclosed balcony, where you can bask in breathtaking bay views. The balcony also offers sitting and dining areas, allowing you to enjoy meals and unwind while overlooking the beautiful vistas. This condo requires an HOA application to be completed and emailed back to Vacasa within 3 days of booking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
