Unser Haus liegt in einer ruhigen, privaten Sackgasse im begehrten Süden von Hyannis. Dieses aktualisierte, klassische Haus in Cape Cod verfügt über Rechte an einem privaten Sandstrand am Nantucket Sound - nur etwa 2 Gehminuten von unserem kinderfreundlichen Strand mit flachem, sanftem Meerwasser entfernt.

Die lichtdurchflutete Residenz verfügt über neue Geräte, Möbel und Betten. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Vollbad und einen angeschlossenen Wintergarten mit Zugang zu einer großen, gut ausgestatteten Terrasse und einem privaten Garten. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett und das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein Doppelbett. Sie teilen sich ein volles Hauptbad. Unser Haus bietet bequem Platz für 7 Personen. Zu den Highlights des Hauses gehören: schöne Holz- und Fliesenböden, eine gut ausgestattete Granitküche, extra große LG-Waschmaschinen und ein offener Grundriss mit einer Wendeltreppe zu einem Unterhaltungsbereich auf der zweiten Ebene und eine Außenterrasse mit saisonalem Blick auf die Marsch. Circo Pond und der Ozean. In der Lagerhalle können Sie bequem Liegestühle, Strandspielzeug und Strandbuggys abstellen.

Zu den großartigen Annehmlichkeiten gehören: eine private Außendusche mit Ankleidebereich zum Abwaschen nach einem Tag am Strand, zwei geräumige Terrassen, ein Weber-Erdgasgrill im Freien, zwei Familienzimmer mit Flachbildfernsehern, eine zentrale Klimaanlage und WLAN im gesamten Gebäude. Zwei Einfahrten bieten Platz für vier (4) Autos abseits der Straße.

Gehen Sie 150 Stufen zum Sandweg, der zu einem Privatstrand mit ruhigem, warmem Meerwasser führt. Dies ist ein großartiger Ort zum Kajakfahren und Paddeln. Beobachten Sie bei Wind den Windsurfern, Kitesurfern und Segelbooten. Mit Kennedy Compound genießen Sie die Aussicht auf die Fähren, die Great Island und den Hafen von Hyannis. Machen Sie einen Spaziergang am Wasser entlang und erkunden Sie den benachbarten Keyes Beach im Westen oder den Kalmus Beach im Osten.

Picture Perfect House

From the moment we pulled up and saw the white picket fence and beautiful garden, we had smiles on our faces. These just got bigger as we met Jim and Alexia and they showed us around the house. It was just beautiful and so much attention to detail. So much thought has gone into making sure guests have everything they need. The instructions on how to use everything were so detailed it made everything so easy. The kitchen had everything you could think of including snacks, the beds were really comfortable and all the areas to chill out in were wonderful, we loved playing the vinyl records on the turntable. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk and everything was provided including a trolley to take your chairs down. This is by far one of the best places we have rented and we were sad to leave. Jim and Alexia are the perfect hosts and made it obvious that they wanted us to have a great break. On the day we arrived it was raining and they had printed out a whole sheet of things we could do if it continued to rain ! We will definitely come back.

Paradise on Cape Cod

We spent the most amazing week on Cape Cod at this beautiful property. The home was sparkling clean (essential to my partner)! Every amenity you could think of was provided. The beds were super comfortable, the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing in after a busy day of sightseeing. The house is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Steps to the beach, which is gorgeous. Walking in the neighborhood is peaceful and safe. Close to everything in Hyannis. Super easy to catch the ferry to the islands. James was easy to work with, with great communication and follow-up. This was the first time for my partner and his parents to visit Cape Cod and staying in this perfect house made for a great trip for them. Thank you for allowing us the use of this oasis on the Cape. We are already talking about coming back next year.

Peace of paradise in Cape Cod

This property was a joy to stay at. All the spaces were so lovely to relax in. The beds were comfortable and everything was well organized . It was so well supplied with more than ample kitchenware, towels, games etc. We thoroughly enjoyed this little peace of paradise. The cleanliness and owners attention to detail makes staying at this property a joy. The house is well appointed and comfortably furnished. It’s well stocked with games, books, electrical and water sports equipment and the private beach is wonderful. The house is located on a quiet street where there’s a friendly atmosphere. The house sits in well maintained mature gardens which provide a relaxed outdoor space for dining or lounging. Cape Cod vacation

We have stayed in many house rentals from Florida to California and between. We all thought this house was one of the best we have stayed in. Jim and Alexia have done a great job of thinking about every little detail you may want or need in a vacation rental. Wonderful stay in Hyannis

The house is beautiful and spotless. The house has everything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable. Very short walk to a beautiful private beach. The hosts met us at the property to review everything with us and to let us know to reach out with any issues. They also checked in a couple days later to ensure everything was ok. We had one very small issue with a running toilet which was fixed immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

The most perfect house, location, and overall experience in Cape Cod

There’s no way to summarize the PERFECTION of this property!!!! The location is incredible.. even closer to the beach than it looks. Less than a minute walk! Every detail in the house has been thought of, included, updated, etc. Beautifully clean and well stocked with anything and everything you’d need for the kitchen, bathrooms, beach, water activities, and more. The owners are so helpful and communicative - and incredibly friendly/genuine to boot!! Within 24 hours, we were already back on VRBO to rebook another stay. Plenty of room for us and our three kids/tweens/teens to spread out. I could go on and on and on!!!!!!!!

Love it so much we went twice

This is a great property. We stayed here in May of 2022 and enjoyed it so much we stayed again this October. Property is beautiful, emaculately maintain, and has absolutly everything you could need. The beach is a huge plus even off-season. My husband and I stayed with my mother, daughter, and her boyfriend. It was a perfect space for everyone to spread out for privace but come together for socializing. I highly recommend it.

Exceptional in every way

The property is like a "reveal" at the end of a home renovation reality show. It's simply gorgeous, beautifully designed, decorated, equipped and furnished. Immaculate Beach House

We had a wonderful stay at Breakwater Shores, starting with an in person warm welcome from Jim and Alexia on arrival. The house was truly immaculate in terms of its upkeep and presentation, everything had its place and it was exceptionally clean. It also had a cosy feel and vibe and included lots of helpful touches. It’s location was great - a very short walk to a lovely private beach and a walk to either Kalmus beach or Main Street which worked so well with our 20 month old daughter. Situated in a private close, we were happy to stroll around with our toddler, feeing safe and comfortable. Coming from overseas, it felt like the American dream! Cute picket fences, wholesome beach activities and casual restaurants - what more could you want!?

Wonderful Stay

Jim and Alexia have thought of everything - they have a beautiful home that is incredibly well appointed. They are very responsive and quite helpful. We especially appreciated the high chair, toddler bed rails and other “kid friendly” amenities as the home, as we were traveling with our two young children. The private beach is only a short walk down the street - wonderful to look for crabs with the kids and pick up seashells along the shore. Could not recommend more highly!

This house is a 6 star house if there is such a thing. Extremely clean, great location to ferry dock, HYA airport, RT 6 and many grocery stores including Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. House has all kinds of beach stuff including chairs, towels and a grill that was easy to use and very clean. Kitchen has everything a cook would want even a coffee bean grinder. Rooms were nice size, beds were comfortable and the hot water never gave out.

Nicest Stay Ever

We had the best stay in Hyannis at this beautiful home. We were there this spring & the lilacs were lovely. The property was beautifully landscaped with plenty of seating. The view from the upper deck of the pond & beach beyond it was stunning. The house was immaculate and beautifully & comfortably decorated. It was fully stocked with too much to list. We needed for nothing! The family that owns it was so helpful and made sure we knew they were available for any questions at any time and gave us advice on activities & dinner plans. We had the most relaxing time together as a family, especially enjoying our time at their closeby private beach in the evenings & a few quiet mornings with coffee. Thank you for the wonderful stay. Short and Sweet

It was a Marvelous time on the Cape. First timers and we picked a perfect location. The house was a dream as we had a family of six yet so much room in the cozy, spacious home. Everything we needed was at the like new house and the beach location was superb. Totally exceeded our expectations and the entire family wants to come back for a longer stay. Thank you Jim and Alexa for hosting us.
