Cozy private apartment with separate entrance, located on a gated estate in Maple Valley, WA. Perfect for family visits, business trips, or exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. This fully furnished space offers comfort and convenience. Enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious deck or unwind in the private hot tub under the stars. The basement apartment is quiet, with professional adult residents above, ideal for a peaceful stay

The owner lives in the upstairs unit. However, your space is completely private and it is a quiet peaceful environment. There is a very well behaved Golden Retriever "Danny" on property but he will not have access to your private outdoor deck space. This property is gated and accessed by a code for entry.

Guest will have ample parking and a separate entrance to their unit. They may wander the entire 5 acre property to enjoy the forest and manicured yard. They may even get to hang out with the resident Golden Retriever "Danny" on his daily playtime. He loves belly rubs and playing fetch. The upper covered patio is reserved for the owners. But we love getting to know new people and are always happy to share a refreshment when we are around.
Your safety and security is my top priority. Each guests is issued a unique door code that is activated upon check in and deactivated at your checkout time.

Clean, bright and modern 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment with fully equipped kitchen, queen bed with hotel quality linens, spacious bathroom and in unit laundry. The massive deck is for your exclusive use, complete with Adirondack chairs, firepit, umbrellas, a dining set and crystal clean hot tub. Inside you will enjoy endless cable tv stations and streaming services included for your stay.

Located on the north end of Maple Valley. Very central location with quick access to Issaquah, Renton Auburn, Kent, Covington.

HOT TUB is CLOSED after 10pm. Due to owners sleeping quarters above we ask that quiet hours are observed 10pm to 7am. No Smoking on the property- this is our primary home and we prefer it to be smoke free
No Animals- if you have a service animal, please disclose this so we may go over instructions with you

House Hunting Trip

What a fantastic place! Great communication and just overall wonderful!

This is a gorgeous location and the hot tub just the cherry on top. The frog chorus at night, while in the hot tub, needs to be experienced! Can't wait to return!

Excellent Stay

We were in Seattle to visit our daughter and son in law. This property was not far from their new home. The unit is beautifully decorated, very clean, and comfortably furnished. Located in the lower level of a home, it had a private entrance and designated parking. Instructions for check in were clear, property manager was friendly and accommodating, and the property itself was gorgeous. We fully intend to stay here again as the owners have thought of everything possible to make you feel comfortable and at home during your stay. Definitely a 5 star stay.

Beautiful and quiet

Perfect romantic getaway with my partner. I was so happy there was a full washer and dryer so we could have warm dry towels after getting out of the hot tub. The view of the deck is gorgeous. Plenty of space for the 2 of us to be cozy for a couple of days.

Perfect!

This was the perfect retreat not only to visit family but to unwind and enjoy peace and quiet. The pictures do not do it justice! A lot of love and thoughtful detail went into creating this space. It’s tastefully decorated and well appointed with quality amenities. The bed was comfy, the hot tub was soothing and the fireplace added a nice touch. The deck overlooking the property was expansive and perfect for morning coffee. The homeowners were very friendly and ensured we had all we needed. We even got to visit with their adorable retriever, Danny! I will definitely stay here again!

Peaceful retreat

Few neighbors for a nice secluded and calming stay. Loved sitting in the hot tub looking at the stars. Very clean and the amenities are great. The decor and style is relaxing snd upscale. The hostess is on top of their communication and is very kind.

Quiet, comfortable and great location!

This was the perfect spot for romantic getaway. The space was modern and beautiful. The location was perfect for being close enough to all major attractions/events in the greater Seattle area, but far enough outside the city to feel very relaxing. It was easy to unwind in the private hot tub on a beautiful porch and deck. The hosts are fantastic and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed and more. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Peaceful Oasis

Came to the are to visit family and this home was our sanctuary. It was quiet, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. We especially liked having our morning coffee out on the deck in the sunshine. We’ll definitely be back to stay here!

Wonderful property in Maple Valley. Well furnished and very clean. We arrived late the first night and had not eaten, but found a basket with snacks, tea, cocoa etc. What a thoughtful gesture. Quiet and comfortable…just the place to relax! Hope to stay again on our next visit to Maple Valley.

Comfortable and perfect getaway

My partner and I decided on a last minute get away and decided to stay here. Everything was exactly as described, check in was seamless, and the entire stay was exactly what we were looking for. The bed was extremely comfortable and they had all the amenities to make your stay as perfect as possible. We would definitely stay here again and totally recommend!

Stunning beyond Words!

The pictures don't even do this beautiful place justice! The property is just beautiful & so serene! Laura has thought of every detail a traveler may need, and more. The "Lily Pad" is immaculate in cleanliness! The bed is very comfortable, lots of linens supplied, and even large towels for the hot tub. The huge fireplace really adds a touch of warmth and "home". The shower is wonderful, and robes are even supplied. I enjoyed the hot tub while listening to the chorus of frogs in the pond down below. And to be able to have my lab with me & walk the property morning & evening meant so much - thank you! It was also so convenient to family.This is definitely where I will be staying next time I need a place in this area!

Wonderful!

My husband and I came to visit his mother from Annapolis and needed a place close by to stay. I came across this listing and it was perfect. We arrived to find a beautiful suite with lovely finishes. The suite has a lovely glass fireplace that helps take the Seattle 'chill' out of the air. My only regret is not having time to explore the grounds, meet the dog and see the chickens! I will certainly stay here again on our next trip to Washington. Thank you so much!
