The large chef's kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, and an 8-seat dining room table that makes serving meals a breeze. After meals, the family can flow effortlessly into the luxurious backyard, which features multiple levels, multiple seating areas with TVs, a BBQ, and smoker, a cabana with a hammock, a heated pool, and a hot tub (additional fees apply). When the gang is ready to turn in for the night, all the rooms are located on the upper level which is perfect for getting everyone ready for bedtime. The cherry on top is that this home boasts enough parking for 3 cars! This is the perfect hub for a family looking to take a break from the hustle and bustle. The current price is based on a one-year lease. For leases shorter than one year, pricing may vary depending on the season and length of stay. If it applies, all tenants must adhere to HOA CCR guidelines. Please contact the landlord for applications and to schedule tours.
As this is a rental term exceeding 30 days, prospective tenants will need a lease agreement and a credit-based security deposit.
House Rules:

Driveway parking preferred, can accommodate up to 3 cars Max (No garage parking).
No loud noises during quiet hours (10:00 pm to 7:00 am).
Yard must be free of garbage or animal waste to allow landscapers to provide services.
Guests are responsible for daily use cost of the Jacuzzi ($17 per day).
Guests shall pay utilities at a rate of $750 per month or $25 per day as an add-on item in their folio.
No loud parties or events. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.
Only guests who are registered in the the booking are allowed during quiet hours. The standard occupancy of this home is 10 persons. Additional guests are subject to a $50 fee each.
No smoking in or around the home.
Guests must agree to community rules and sign a guest registration form to provide the HOA.
Park in designated areas only.
There is a $50 convenience fee plus shipping to return items left behind by guests.
Absolutely NO pets on furniture or beds. Pets are subject to an additional $150 fee.
Do not flush anything other than waste and toilet paper in the toilets
Please note that in the guest safety section, we have identified a Ring doorbell camera next to the front door that faces the street. It records the street 24/7 for the safety of guests and the property.
- We can provide flexible lease terms to accommodate families needing to relocate and who may require flexibility in their move-out date.
- We are happy to work with insurance companies for client families who need to relocate. We can provide a W-9 to accommodate.
