Welcome to your NEW LUXURY 4 bed, 4 bath Upper-Level home. This newly built Modern Farmhouse style house is a perfect getaway for a family looking to enjoy a vacation next to the beach and bay. Our home is a 1 minute's walk across the street to the Oceanfront & Boardwalk on 9th St.
This Home includes Parking for 1 vehicle, an in-home Washer/Dryer, Adjustable King Beds, Cable TV, WiFi, Linens, Beach and Bath Towels, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 private patios, and an oversized rooftop deck.
This property is centrally located on 9th Street between the Balboa and Newport Beach piers. You can walk almost anywhere on the peninsula from here. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 40+ restaurants, shopping, the Balboa Fun Zone, and boat rentals. For those of you with kids, there is a kid-friendly Bay-front Beach just behind the home as well as Lighthouse Beach Park less than a mile away.
The rental home offered in this advertisement is located on the 2nd & 3rd floors. For those of you with guests who have mobility issues, we do also have a one-bedroom 2 full bath apartment located on the ground level.
Our rental home includes EVERYTHING YOU NEED to enjoy your family vacation at the beach. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc), Smart TVs, 2 outdoor patios, an oversized rooftop deck, a Ping Pong table, Board Games, Gas BBQ, in-home Washer & Dryer, on-site Parking, and much more!

IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.
- Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation.
- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
- Please review house rules for Noise, Occupancy, smoking, etc.
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
- This is the Upper level of a Duplex Property, stairs are required.
- You must climb a set of stairs to enter this home.
- Covered Carport Parking for (1) Vehicle is provided (Full Sized Truck or Van is permitted)
- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beachgoers should be expected.
