Das Gerät ist mit einem Queen-Size-Bett, einem Queen-Size-Schlafsofa, einem 32-Zoll-LED-TV mit HD-Programmen und einer Küche mit einem Kühl- / Gefrierschrank, einem 2-Flammen-Kochfeld und einem Küchenherd mit Küchenzeile ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft liegt nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt und bietet direkten Zugang zum Strand direkt gegenüber. Perfekt für den begeisterten Strandbesucher und um das Inselleben von Siesta Key zu erleben. Zwei Liegestühle und ein Kühler sind vorhanden. Cute little cottage for two

This cute little cottage was perfect for my husband and I to stay in for two weeks. It is right across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. You are less than a mile from the Village. It had everything we needed to cook a few meals wirh. We would definitely stay here again.

While this is a small apartment, it had everything needed for our 2 week stay. The area was quiet and neighboring renters were friendly. The washer/dryer were convenient. Bed and furniture were comfortable. The best part is the closeness to the beach; right across the street. Close to the village, and the accessibility of the free Siesta Key Trolley made getting around easy.

We had a great stay at this property. Great location, super clean. The laundry area was very convenient. The only negative thing I would say is we wished there was a spot for outdoor seating/eating. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy!

This place was as described, cozy, and so close to the beach! We walked to the 3-5 minutes to the beach so the proximity was great! Small space but cozy enough for the 3 people we had! Check in/out was super easy.

A week on Paradise

A walk across the street and you’re on America’s #1 Beach! The free Village trolley is at the nearby corner. There is nothing fancy about the unit except the essentials. The owner was good to work with.

Great location

This place is perfect for a couple. Kitchen is small but you will be able to cook pretty much anything you need. Only one thing was the WiFi, yes I know that is not why we went there, but being from Canada, this is pretty much our only way to communicate with close ones. Wifi, was pretty useless, we did advise the admin, someone did come, and checked it out from outside...all in all great.

Very intimate, cosy place for 2 people only

I would definitely like to come back to this property. I am curious.as to what the weekly of monthy rates would be. Great location as I am a beach lover. It's close to the village. Not too many negatives. If I brought by laptop with I could have used the T. V. I could not get network stations. The leg room for the toilet is limited.if you are a tall person. As I am an electrician, I would put in a dimmer switch for living room light. I like this place.

The rental needs a little elbow grease for cleaning, and could stand some new sheets, towels, & pillows. This is a small complex of just 4 units so you'll definitely get to know your neighbors... whether you'd like to or not:) Overall its a great little space. Perfect for one or two people!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of this property! The beach access is right across the road via a pedestrian crosswalk. It is within easy walking distance to the village, and there is a charming neighborhood right behind it to walk through. It was spotlessly clean! We were pleased to find a blowdryer, iron and ironing board, pillow top mattress. There were no coffee mugs, and the water in the shower was not quite hot enough to suit us. We would stay there again, just check to make sure the water situation is taken care of.

Right for the price

This studio is in a great location right across the street from the beautiful beach. Parking is very tight if all rooms are occupied. The room itself is tight as well, but did it's job for the price. The bathroom is very small. I am not sure how a larger person can sit on the toilet. We did find mold on the shower curtain as there is no bathroom air vent. We also found a roach near the front door going to a bait trap. The room was clean when we arrived, but had a mildew smell. I suggest using the dehumidifier provided. The couch is well worn and had stains. The bed was okay for the three nights we were there. The mold was the biggest issue for me as I have chronic health conditions. I suggest adding a bathroom fan and a full length mirror. The room next door looked more appealing and larger. I would return if these things were done and all other rooms were full. Thank you.
