"The location of the house couldn’t be better. It is less than a block from King St where you can find all kind of restaurants and stores. We also took the free trolley in King St to the Metro station and went to DC during the day. It was an easy and short ride (15’) The house had enough space to accommodate our group of 8. Beds were very comfortable and baths & kitchen had all we need for our stay. I highly recommend this house if you plant to visit Alexandria/ DC area."

The W House is in the heart of Old Town. Just around the block from Old Town Farmers Market and multiple eateries and shopping. If you are wanting to be right in Old Town and minutes walk to the metro, this is it!
Getting around here is so easy! You are a short walking distance to everything. There is a parking garage right across the street where you can pay for extended parking as needed. The metro is just a couple blocks away. This really is the best location you can ask for for Old Town!
Please observe our house rules. We have these rules in place to maintain the highest quality stay for our guests!
*All guests are required to complete a standard guest verification process through their Boarding Pass before accessing the home. There will be a small security hold placed on your payment method for your stay, and refunded upon the end of your stay pending there are no property damages. This is the same process you are accustomed to with staying in a hotel. If guests opt to not complete this process, guests understand they will not get access to the home.
• All reservations are subject to a reservation insurance fee. For the airbnb platform, this insurance fee is notated as "resort fee"
•Unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. Turn off the stove and oven.
•No Smoking of ANY KIND ($1,000 Penalty + discretionary withholding of the security hold on the reservation) There is NO SMOKING in The W House or on the grounds of the property, including the back patio, and within 25' of any entrance of the home. This is non negotiable. The fee will be assessed to your reservation if this rule is broken.
•No parties, events, bachelor or bachelorette stays
•Check-in time is 4pm EST. You must communicate if you are going to be checking into (arriving to) the property after 9pm EST.
•No Extra/ Overnight Guests not included on the reservation ($100 per extra guest per night)
•No Mail Delivered here
•No moving or rearranging of the furniture
•No unplugging of the smart devices or electronics (internet, camera) in the home, this is very important! Unplugging of either the internet, noise frequency monitoring device, or cameras is subject to a $150 fee.
•No Pre-Check in Bag Storage
•No Pets
•No disturbing neighbors. We take this seriously. Quiet hours must be observed. Please ensure you are completing your Boarding Pass such that you have accurate information with where to access the property. Please be aware of congregating in the front of the neighbors home.
•Quiet hours are from 10pm to 6:30am. We do have a noise monitoring device in the property which will alert us in the event noise thresholds are reached within quiet hours.
•10am EST is check out time.
