Gather the entire family and enjoy an incredible stay at this expansive house designed for endless fun and relaxation. Welcome to a remarkable waterfront oasis nestled in the heart of Pompano Beach. This newly renovated 3-bed, 2-bath home with an oversized kitchen and an open-concept layout. Situated just minutes from both the beach and downtown, this canal-front property offers a private heated pool, BBQ, a game room, and an array of other exciting amenities, providing an unforgettable retreat.

The Space:
Welcome to a spacious open-concept living space, comprising a living room, dining area, and a generously sized kitchen. The oversized kitchen island offers seating for 4, while the fully equipped kitchen features Stainless Steel appliances including a Dishwasher, Microwave, Stove, Blender, Toaster, a collection of dishes/plates, glassware, dining ware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, and even a wine cooler! Additionally, we provide a Keurig Single Serve Coffee Maker with k-cups and a regular coffee maker.

The dining table comfortably seats 6 adults for shared meals.

Bedroom Arrangements:

Master Bedroom: Features a King-size bed with a comfy mattress, a private bathroom, Smart T.V., Walk-in Closet, dresser, and seating for 2 with a view. Office desk with chair and printer available.
Bedroom #2: Includes 1 Queen-size bed, Smart T.V., closet, and dresser.
Bedroom #3: Offers 2 bunk beds, along with a closet and dresser. We also provide extra towels and sheets for your comfort. Play-pack crib for infants.
In the living room, the sectional converts into a bed, and a Smart TV provides entertainment. High-speed internet is available throughout the house.

There are 2 bathrooms, both equipped with showers, Hair Dryers, a First Aid Kit, and Toilet Paper. The house also includes an on-site washer & dryer (free to use).

The sunroom boasts a serene water view and leads out to the pool and backyard through patio doors.

Outdoor Amenities:
Relax on the outdoor furniture under the shade or bask in the sun on the Lounge Chairs using our Beach Towels.
The outdoor area also features a Hot Tub.
The pool is always heated to 82°F/28°C, which is a normal pool temperature. If you would like, we can increase it to 90°F/32°C for an additional $30 per day to cover additional energy use. Please let us know in advance if you would like this increase made.
You can dock for own boat. Dock is 60 feet-long, probably 11 ft depth. One fixed bridge with ocean access 20 minutes from the house.

Game Room:
The house offers a fantastic game room equipped with a pool table, arcade games, darts, air hockey, and a ping pong table for endless fun!

For golf enthusiasts, a public Golf Course is just 5 minutes away:

The Pines Championship Golf Course: Redesigned by renowned golf course architect Greg Norman, it's an 18-hole course covering over 7,100 yards with a par of 72. Adjacent is the Palms Course, an 18-hole, par 71 course spanning over 6,280 yards, appealing to golfers of all skill levels.

Check-in: After 4 pm (Early check-in available upon request)
Check-out: By 11 am
Quiet hours: 10 pm - 7 am (as per city regulations)

Guest Access:
-The whole house is available for the guests.

-3 cars MAX for driveway parking. No street parking allowed. Excess cars parked at home will be towed at the guest's expense.

- Early Check-in & Late Check-Out must be pre-approved by the host.

*Note: We will provide an initial supply of toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish detergent, or other consumable amenities as per the list above. We will not be replenishing the consumables for the duration of the stay (toilet paper, paper towel, etc.).

The Neighborhood:
Snug Harbor is a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. Close to restaurants and stores. 5-min drive to Pompano Beach.
