ABOUT THE HOME: 30A Born 2 Beach is a magnificent new construction modern coastal home in Blue Mountain that is simply stunning. It's an entertainers dream with a large back yard pool that has a tanning shelf, swim up table, and spa. Outside of the pool you can relax in the sun or in the shaded lounge area with comfortable seating, outdoor tv, dining and outdoor kitchen. Step inside and the entertaining continues. Here you'll find a recreation area that includes a poker table, sectional sofa, tv and mini kitchen. There are two king bedrooms and a bunk room that sleeps six on this first floor. An interior elevator provides access to all three floors.
The second floor is also grand, with a chef's kitchen that includes a six-burner gas stove and griddle, two dishwashers, two microwaves and an island with seating for 7. There is a lovely balcony overlooking the back yard with additional dining space, couches and a tv. Also, on this floor there are two king bedrooms and another bunk room that sleeps six.
The third floor has a mini kitchen, front and back balconies, and four king bedrooms. This house can comfortably sleep twenty-eight making it perfect for family reunions, retreats, or multi family gatherings on 30A.
ABOUT THE AREA: Blue Mountain is one of the 30A coastal communities that rests between Gulf Place and Grayton Beach. The Blue Mountain community is known for having a quieter family atmosphere compared to some of the other communities but still provides ample restaurants, shops and activities.
BEACH ACCESS: Gulfview Heights beach access is the closest to 30A Born 2 Beach (approximately 1800 ft from the house). It has parking, restrooms, showers, picnic tables with shelter, and lifeguards during peak season. From the house, turn right on 30A and left at Goatfeathers Seafood restaurant at Gulfview Heights street, to the end.

• Use of Private Elevators is restricted to individuals age 18+ unless accompanied by an adult. Resetting an elevator due to misuse will be subject to a $250 trip charge.
• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for lack of or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues. Historical instances, such as damaged tires on carts, have demonstrated that the replacement process can extend up to two days. Similarly, cases of stolen bikes, stemming from either guest negligence or external dishonesty, may require a day for replacement. It is crucial to highlight that in 9 out of 10 instances, these situations do not impact incoming guests; rather, they typically arise in the context of reservation issues. Responsible handling of items is key to mitigating concerns, and in 99 out of 100 scenarios, no issues arise.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
This home does have exterior cameras for protection.
