The host resides locally and is available from 7am - 10pm to assist guests.
The Green Lake neighborhood is located about 15 minutes North of Downtown Seattle.

Green Lake Park has a year round 2.8 mile waterfront walking trail and a 3.1 mile outer perimeter trail.
Non motorized water activities such as paddle boards and kayaks are permitted on the lake.
The park also has ball fields, sport courts, a designated shallow swimming area for children and a serene setting for picnics. And it's dog friendly!
Woodland Park Zoo is located nearby as well.
Guests have access to the entire house and roof top deck. There are no shared spaces.

The three level layout offers the convenience of extra privacy and separation among traveling partners, with each bedroom and bathroom, plus two living areas and two workspaces on separate levels.
The top floor primary bedroom boasts a comfortable King size bed, custom built ins, a walk in closet, a workspace with monitor, plus an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, walk in shower, and a laundry area.
Gather together on the middle floor with open concept living and dining rooms and floor to ceiling windows for plenty of natural light. A sizable kitchen with lots of quartz counter space, farmhouse sink, and walk in pantry is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals. A dining table plus barstools at the kitchen peninsula create a cohesive conversation space for the entire group.
In addition to a spacious entryway on the ground level, you’ll find the second living area, another workspace, the second bedroom with two twin size beds, and a hall bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Escape to the rooftop terrace for elevated views of the leafy surroundings. Furnished with comfortable cushioned seating and an oversized cantilever umbrella to shelter everyone from the sun or rain.
Nestled at the rear end of the townhouse community, set back from the street, our place provides an added level of privacy and security with minimal passers by and a safe distance from vehicle traffic.

The famous Green Lake path is 2.8 miles in circumference, with minimal elevation change. It is accessible to walkers, joggers, bikers, children, pets, and the disabled. The inner part of the paved path, close to the waterfront is for walkers and joggers, while the outer part is reserved for wheels.
Green Lake park also includes tennis, basketball and pickle ball courts, athletic fields, shady picnic areas, two swimming beaches, a playground and a wading pool for little ones.
This neighborhood is centrally located with easy access to Interstate 5.
Explore numerous Emerald City attractions just a short drive away such as: Downtown Seattle, the University of Washington District, the youthful free spirited locale of Ballard and Fremont, or join the excitement at a Seattle Kraken, Seahawks or Mariners game.

*Two portable air conditioners are included during warm weather months. There is one in the upstairs bedroom, and one on the middle floor living/dining/kitchen area.
*During the cooler seasons, the portable A/C's are intentionally uninstalled and stored away. Should you require the portable A/C's be available during cool seasons, please notify the host in advance so we can install it before your stay.
*Please not disconnect or attempt to relocate the portable air conditioners. They are securely installed to properly ventilate exhaust out the window.
*The ground floor areas do not have air conditioning, but there are multiple portable fans inside the house.
* The house is equipped with radiant floor heat, and a thermostat on each level to adjust each zone to your preferred level of warmth.
*Parking is allowed along the public street only. It is free and does not require a permit. There are typically spaces available on our street near the townhome community.
*The property is set back from the street in a group setting of similar townhomes. To access the property, there is a half flight of steps up from the sidewalk as you enter the common area of the neighboring townhomes.
*Well-trained dogs are welcome here! Maximum of 2 dogs. Please let us know about your dogs in your booking message. A $75 fee for one dog is required, and $50 for a second dog. We apologize, but cats or any other pets cannot be accommodated.
*The pet fee applies to all dogs, with the exception of a Service Animal trained to perform a task directly related to a person's disability. "Emotional support animals”, “therapy dogs”, and “comfort animals” are not individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, and therefore are not defined by WA State Discrimination Law to be a Service Animal.
