In summer, enjoy Peak 8’s Epic Discovery with its alpine slide, coaster, and mini-golf. Hike scenic trails like Burro or Spruce Creek, or bike to Keystone, Frisco, or Dillon Reservoir. Year-round, Breckenridge offers endless adventure and entertainment for all!
Getting Around:
From this ideally located condo, you can easily walk to all of the main attractions, ski lifts, eateries, and even the grocery store. Main Street is just a quick 4-minute walk away, where you can hop on the free Main Street trolley, a great option for exploring downtown Breckenridge. The BreckConnect Gondola is a 5-minute drive from the condo and will take you to the bases of Peaks 7 and 8. Just steps from your door you will find the Columbine bus stop on the Breck FREE ride bus line, which has routes that will take you all over the surrounding area, so you can comfortably explore just about anywhere without having to worry about driving. Or, hit the slopes with a less than 10-minute walk to Quicksilver lift.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this property does not have A/C.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
The pool and hot tubs are available daily, while the fitness center and steam room are open 24/7.

Resort Fees
$25 per night for paying guests.
Reservations made before March 15, 2025, for stays after May 1, will not be subject to this fee.
If your reservation qualifies for exemption, please ensure your rental management company notifies MSS Management before March 15.
Parking Fees
$35 per night for paying guests.
Guests can pay for parking via the Breck Park website, app, or onsite kiosk in the garage.
Reservations made before March 15, 2025, for stays after May 1, will not be charged this fee.
Owner Exemptions
Homeowners will not be charged resort or parking fees. To ensure smooth access, owners should register their license plate and state with MSS Management. If using a rental car, details can be provided at check-in.
