This 4,000 square foot tropical paradise boasts 5 bedrooms, an upstairs loft and 4½ baths. With an expansive patio and a heated pool, it's the perfect location for retreats, small weddings, celebrations, conferences, groups, business stays, and family and friends reunions.

As you swim, kayak, or simply chill out by the pool, marvel at the playful dolphins, diving pelicans, and ospreys soaring above. Our home is your home, and you are our honored guests.

Step into the entrance and be greeted by a large great room with stunning views of the swimming pool and river. To the left, you'll find a cozy family room with a comfortable sofa, love seat, and Smart TV. The spacious open kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, is fully stocked with utensils, cooking equipment, and dining supplies. Just a quick trip to the grocery store, which is only a mile away, and you'll have everything you need for your favorite meals. Enjoy the provided coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.

Explore the closet filled with board games, perfect for some family fun. A convenient half bath and access to the pool area are also located on the first floor.

The second floor welcomes you with a loft that offers an amazing view of the river, a sitting area, and two bunk beds. The split plan provides privacy between all four bedrooms. The enormous master suite overlooks the river and features a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet with mirror doors, and a luxurious master bath with a large jetted tub, his and hers sinks, and two showers. The second master bedroom, separated by its own hallway, offers two extra-long twin beds that convert into a king-size bed, a private full bath, and a walk-in closet. The two guest bedrooms with queen-size beds are separated by a full bath with two separate sinks.

We are not a pet friendly home. Any guests caught bringing pets will be immediately cancelled with no refund.

-All Communication must be through the chat feature of the app.
-Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
-No events, parties or spring breakers please. This is a property for those who want to relax set in a quiet location.
-Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING in or on property
-This is a quiet family neighborhood and we observe quiet time from 10:00pm to 8:00am.
- Checkout is at 10:00am.
- There is a lost key fee of $50 for any key that's lost and not recoverable.
- No Refunds on reservations cancelled due to a violation of our house rules.

We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. Sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur. If you are experiencing a stay altering issue with the property please notify us immediately.

Evacuation requirements
* If an evacuation order is given, all guests and pets must evacuate.
* Do not leave any pets or family members behind.

Solid waste pickup and guidelines
Garbage
* Picked up twice a week, either on Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday.
* Containers are green topped and rolled to the curb on pickup day by 7:00am
* Containers are to be removed from curb before 7:00 PM.

Recycling
* Picked up once a week.
* Containers are yellow topped and rolled to the curb on pickup day before 7:00 AM.
*Containers are to be removed from curb before 7:00 PM.
* Items to be recycled include:
* Plastic beverage bottles, soap/detergent containers
*Cardboard food cartons, towel dispenser tubes, paper board food boxes, flattened cardboard boxes
*Glass bottles and jars, no cookware or ceramics
*Paper books, magazines, newspapers, office paper, bags, junk mail

Yard waste
* Picked up once a week.
* Containers are green topped (same as the garbage, do not intermingle).
* Bulk waste is only for activities such as tree trimming.

Protection of sea turtle nesting areas
* Sea turtle nesting season is from March 1 to October 31 each year during the night time (dusk to dawn).
* For properties next to the beach:
* Glass windows and doors are to be covered during nighttime hours or interior lights need to be turned off.
Rear porch lights are to be turned off.
* Nighttime lighting is prohibited from illuminating any portion of the beach.
* No flashlights are to be used while walking on the beach.
* Look out for sea turtle nests and do not disturb nests when walking or enjoying the beach.
* If hatchlings are observed, leave them alone and make sure all light sources are extinguished.
* If hatchlings are observed heading away from the ocean, call the local Police.
* Leave nothing on the beach after your visit.
