This expansive (seasonally heated) private pool home, nestled amidst Florida's vibrant coastline, is the perfect seaside retreat with four spacious bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, comfortably accommodating family and friends for unforgettable vacations or long-term stays.

Ideally situated across the revamped Rick Seltzer Park, the location offers quick and effortless beach access. The home boasts a remarkable backdrop, with stunning beach views that bathe the house in a warm, radiant light. Watch the sky paint a masterpiece with sherbet sunsets and sunrises from the private third-floor balcony, or admire the raw power and beauty of thunderstorms from the covered second-floor balcony, all without leaving the comfort of your abode.

**PET POLICY:
We are dog/pet friendly with a $100 pet fee. No breed/size restrictions.

**AGE POLICY:
All adults must be at least 21 years old. Primary guest must upload ID, selfie and cc to guest portal after booking. This is the same practice that hotels operate under, ensuring the safe keeping of the homes contents. If remaining guests are 21, host requires all guests send ID’s through reservation after booking. After guest portal is completed, door code and check in instructions are issued. **Families exempt** Guest agrees to no outside guests on property at any time & absolutely no parties.

There is one owner’s closet in the home that is off limits. It is locked. The rest of the house is yours to enjoy!

We are available for guest needs and just live down the road. For urgent maintenance, we will come and take care of right away. For minor items, please notify us, but we will wait until your check out so we don’t interrupt your stay.

When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations.

**POOL:
Guests may NOT, at any time, tamper with the pool equipment including adjusting temperature / spa settings. This is considered breaking house rules and can and will damage equipment. If a guest is found doing so at any time during their stay, this is grounds for immediate termination of the stay with no refund.

Cost to heat is $50/day, 2 night minimum, with 2 day notice to heat.

Please note: while it is highly unlikely that there are issues with the pool heater, it is a possibility and there is no guarantee. Additionally, excessive rain causes pool chemicals to be knocked off balance. Pool & hot tubs MUST be serviced 2x per week. Please do not be alarmed if pool & hot tub maintenance come by during your stay. By booking this home, you are acknowledging these statements.**

Children must never be left unattended.
Pets OK with fee (must be paid) but are not allowed in the home alone without being in a crate/kennel. Guests are expected to pick up messes from pets.
