Important Notice:
Please note that the loft area is not included with the rental of the game room.
If you need the loft space for your stay, it can be arranged for an additional fee of $250 per night plus a $150 cleaning fee. Please notify us in advance to ensure it is fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival.

NOTE: Guests are allowed to park their trailers on the property and utilize the trails off-site. While they may keep the trailers in the driveway, it s essential to ensure they do not cause damage to the grass or lawn. The trailers are permitted for Off-Site Use.
However, please note that dirt bikes, quads, four-wheelers, and all other ORV/ATV vehicles are strictly prohibited on the property grounds. In the event of a report or any damage identified, a fine of up to $500 will be assessed.

Bed types:
- In the main house, there is 1 room that is a loft area; it has 6 twin beds and two bunk beds that have full beds on the bottom and twins on top.
- Downstairs there is 1 room with 1 queen bed.
- In the guest house, the upstairs has 1 bunk bed, a queen bed on the bottom, a twin bed on top, and 3 twin beds.
