Would stay again

The unit is decorated nicely, was exactly the way it looked in the pictures, and was ample space for my son and I. We had an issue with the air conditioning not working initially but the property management company, Palmetto, was very responsive and resolved the problem quickly. There is a bit of a musty smell upon walking into the unit but that may have been because it was warm in there initially when the AC was not working properly.

Poor customer service/ Too many condo problems

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: AC wasn't working prior to our arrival and they didn't even mention it. AC broke down for 2 nights. Shower drain was clogged. Only used once in 7 days. Bugs kept showing up. I requested to be compensated for 2 nights but SILENCE. UNBELIEVABLE.
